The cleanliness and the breakfast included are impressive.

Simple accommodation with everything you need for a 1 night stay :)
The room is clean and the toilet is clean too (with separate area for Toilet and shower area).
The breakfast was yummy and as the hotel is located slightly away from the main central area, it's quiet at night.
Nothing.

Location
Breakfast was too simple & should offer more options eg. Fried egg, omelette, yoghurt.

Simple but good breakfast, short walk to ski field, and several eateries in the neighbourhood. Good drying and ski storage rooms, even a bench and tools for wax and tuning. Spacious lounge always has a fire going... Great space to chill out after a day on the snow.

Absolutely loved the fireplace. The kitties were welcoming, and super cute. Location was great, too, near the ski lift and some nice restaurants. The breakfast was FABULOUS! Different each morning, and very delicious; with free coffee any time. Loved it!
It's too bad the room didn't have a bath or onsen, but that's totally okay, I was just there for business so it definitely exceeded my expectations already. It was wonderfully clean with great amenities!

We were very lucky to have had an upgrade to a larger room (with loft) with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent and it featured some of the local produce. The staff were friendly and helpful - one of them even assisted us on what to see around Furano. They have three cats who casually hang out in the reception. The lobby has cozy seats and a tatami area - I was able to enjoy my afternoon coffee (free flowing). The location is quite convenient - it's just a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop but not at all close to the main road, so we were able to enjoy the quietness of the place. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Furano.

Was the only guest in the hotel for 3 nights.
Early check-in was not problem, late check-out was no problem.
They prepared vegan breakfast on request.
They even provided a free vegan dinner on the house when they heard that vegan restaurants in town were closed.
Their place was a 5 minute walk away from the ski lifts.
They were extremely welcoming and kind. Perfect place for singles or couples without children. Children are not welcome, so the place is beautifully quiet.
There is nothing I did not like.
They have cats in the hotel, but I like cats. Some may not.
Note they do not have a communal kitchen, so one cannot cook one's own food.

I really enjoyed the stay. The owner is friendly but gives us the right amount of space to ourselves. One of the 3 cats are so friendly it really felt like I was spending a good relaxing holiday. The Furano ski slopes are just a minute drive or probably about 5 minutes walk. The building went through a renovation recently so it's very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is simple but tasty, too!
I don't have anything that I disliked about the place. If you are allergic or do not like cats, then it might not be the place for you.

Excellent breakfast. Good location, 5 mns walk to the chairlift.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a washing machine for a small fee, which was great.
Loved the lounge/dinning area. Used it for dinners bought from convenient store.
Nothing that we didn't like
