In Ordnung aber nicht entspannend!

Ich habe bei Booking für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind angefragt. Benötigt hätte ich ein Doppel und ein Einzelzimmer. Ihr Vorschlag war eine Suite und ein Doppelzimmer. Also viel zu groß. Warum schlagen sie auf ihrer Plattform so etwas vor? Es war also viel zu teuer! Im Hotel ist leider ab 14:00 Uhr kein Personal! Unser Schlüsselkarte hat als wir am Abend zurückgekommen sind nicht mehr funktioniert! 1,5 Stunden telefonieren und suchen bis endlich geholfen wurde. Wie kann das sein das bei Betrieb von Sauna und Schwimmbad niemand da ist? Sicherheit? Der Aufenthalt war also nicht nur Wohlfühlen, bitte ein Andermal um einen besseren Vorschlag mit Berücksichtigung meiner Suche! MfG Hannes Erler

Als Zwischenstopp ioder Kurzaufenthalt immer noch zu empfehlen, für einen längeren Urlaub fehlt der Komfort und das Ange

Wir kennen das Hotel seit fast 20 Jahren und haben schöne Erinnerungen an Urlaube mit den Kindern Dieses Mal haben wir das Hotel nur noch auf der Durchreise besucht. Leider wird der Komfort und die Qualität der Ausstattung von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Es müssten dringend Renovierungen vorgenommen werden. Gut ist der relativ günstige Preis, der dem abgespeckten Angebot Rechnung trägt. Unser „Luxus-Doppelzimmer“ entsprach den Erwartungen, der Blick zum Rauschberg ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig, der Pool ist immer noch sehr schön, nur das mittlerweile grüne Wasser hat irritiert, das war früher nicht so. Der anonyme Check-In war für uns kein Problem, da wir das Hotel gut kennen, für Gäste, die erstmals im Hotel sind, ist das Zurechtfinden sicherlich schwieriger.

Vom einstigen Glanz des Wohlfühlhotels ist immer weniger übrig. Die Außenfassade im Eingangsbereich müsste dringend renoviert werden, auch in den Fluren sind Wände und Fußböden in immer schlechteren Zustand, man merkt, dass seit Jahren kaum etwas in das Hotel investiert wurde.

Het was tijdens ek Duitsland speelde geen bar open kreeg de sleutel die lag op de balie zoek het uit dichtbijzijnde restaurant 1.2 km geen water koker geen koelkast

Das Hotel ist ein Pension GARNI...

Als wir ankamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, obwohl wir in der vorgeschriebenen Zeit dort waren. Es lagen nur die Briefumschläge mit Namen auf dem Tresen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit an der Bar zu sitzen o. ä.! Nur einen Automaten mit Getränken, aber nur mit Kleingeld zu bedienen, er nahm keine Scheine an. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Stand aus den 80-ziger Jahren. Preisleistung - NEGATIV! Schade um die Zeit...

War schon mal besser

Schönes grosses Zimmer mit tollem Blick

Wer mit Nachhaltigkeit wirbt, sollte auch beim Frühstücksbuffet darauf achten, dass die Marmelade, Nutella, Frischkäse etc nicht lieblos in kleinen Plastikportionen dazu gelegt werden. Ausserdem schade, dass man um halb 9 bereits ein völlig zerfleddertes Buffet vorfindet und nicht mehr nachgefüllt wird. Es gab danach kein Obst und Gemüse mehr.

Nice place to spend few days in the nature hiking

Nice hotel in the nature, we enjoyed hiking and spending time in the swimming pool.

Bowling area was very old and desperately need renovation. Bar was not open in the evening, we missed having a drink while playing with our kids in the bar area.

The room was huge 35 m w balcony. Things were run out a little. Everything was OK Great as a night over on your way to munich or else where. Nice breakfast

The reception hours are very limited. The elevator was out of order one for the entire hotel

Very nice staying in Ruhpolding

Very comfortable room, quite large and with a nice table and sofa (kind of a mini living room corner). Very spacious bathroom. The staff was very kind and professional. Very good breakfast (many choices both salty and sweet). Very nice common spaces.

Stay at Ruhpolding

*The hotel placed in the very wonderful region * The breakfast was amazing. * There were also good facilities for kids and babies.

Let's start from the worst: *The reception was not familiar how to work with Booking, he gave our room at same time to the other family and without informing us when we have been out (even our car was there), they came in our room and collected our stuff without our permission (No respect to our privacy). It was really bad shocking and disappointing experience for us, especially because the other empty room was available. And even worst, we lost the access to our room and the card didn't work even when the problem apparently solved and they realized their mistake. (To be honest the only reason that I didn't cancel our stay was Booking regulation because the money wasn't refundable for our book) * There is no reception available after 14, so it was very difficult to find someone to help *We had a double bed and it was not comfortable, apparently either too old or used a lot *The internet was awful.

An excellent find!

We were looking for a hotel not too far from the A8 where we could charge our electric car. This hotel has a Tesla destination charger, which means one charger works exclusively for Teslas and the other one for any electric car. Bonus: charging was free for guests of the hotel. Fabulous breakfast was included. Room came with balcony. The pool has a decent size for swimming laps. 29 degrees C water temperature. Really nice. Pool was already open at 7 o’clock in the morning (maybe even earlier??) when I went for the 2nd swim of our 1 night stay. There is a Finnish sauna and a Turkish one. Plenty of space there also to relax afterwards.

Not sure if the mattress was just hard or old. I could feel springs and did not sleep well, which is not uncommon for me, sadly. Also, I just had knee replacement surgery so it could have just been my problem

Our stay was very relaxed, we admired access to the pool and sauna. To be precise, pool and sauna were opened from 7.00 am. to 9.30 p.m., which was very, very comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and comfortably equipped. What we really liked were the breakfast- offer was quite impressive.

Not all reception services were available in the afternoon. When we arrived from skiing around 4 - 5 p.m., we would like to have a glass of beer, but the bar was opened from 7.30 p.m. When we came later for the breakfast, choice was limited, especially for the fruit.

Very comfortable and cosy.

This hotel is super clean, comfortable and the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations for the cost of the stay. The pool and sauna were bonuses. The value for money was exceptional.

There was no WiFi in our room. The Smart TV had no internet connection. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room or anywhere else in the hotel after 12 noon. The restaurant was permanently closed.

I would not recommend it unless you don't have a choice.

Rooms are very nice and big enough with spectacular view.

Wifi was unusable and since there is only edge connection at the location it was like in the middle age. There are parking spaces but not enough so you have to park on the grass if you arrive late. The most unprofessional thing is that they wanted to charge me 38€ extra at the checkout an only after I requested the specification of that charge I was presentet with the invoice for 15€. Felt like I was being scamed. When we booked our accommodation there was clearly stated that there was a pool. When we arrived the pool was opened for one day and then closed for the next 3. Very dispaonited and the kids were so unhappy. Not coming back.

Superb

The hotel is very clean.The staff is also friendly. Its a walking distance to bahn thats goes allup the mountain.. The sauna and pool area was also very clean. On our last day we wanted to use the sauna before 17uhr and we requested them to turn on the steambath and sauna of wchich they gladly did..you can request the wellness area to open any time ..thats really cool.

When you book a standard room you get the older part of the hotel wchich is quit different from the rest.iits very dark ...our room was really clean but it was very hot in the night because there is no clima.. The mattress needs a topper i The room had a very beautiful mountain view

very beautiful area, huge and beautiful room, delicious breakfast.

there is no refrigerator and kettle (the kettle was brought on request after 2 days), the room was not cleaned in general, only towels were changed

Clean hotel and very professional staff

It was great with children. The staff were very patient and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I'm glad we stayed there. We are planning our next holiday there.
