la vue, la chambre très spacieuse. le grand lit . la salle du petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner.

l’eau pour se doucher. Il faut attendre un grand moment avant d’avoir de l’eau chaude .. et petit bémol sur le vitre extérieur. la vue est vraiment top, mais les vitres extérieurs sont pas souvent nettoyées je pense. Certes il y a une grande superficie et il faut prendre une entreprise pour le lavage, mais je trouve ça dommage.

Descanso frente al Cantábrico

La ubicación frente a la playa de San Lorenzo, desde el hotel se puede ir andando perfectamente a cualquier plan. El tamaño y las vistas de nuestra habitación (doble con vistas al mar).

Me hubiese gustado que en lugar de bañera hubiese habido plato de ducha.

Sehr gute Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick beim Frühstück und der Einparkservice in der Tiefgarage.

Zimmer war recht klein für unser vieles Gepäck.

No lo recomiendo.

La ubicación, cruzando una avenida esta un malecón muy bonito. Estaba muy limpia la habitación.

La persona que nos recibió en recepción bastante pesada, Mala actitud, contestaciones rallando en la malcriadeza. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no servia, la cama incomoda, el internet malisimo.

Estancia normal pero por debajo de mis espectativas para ser de 4 estrellas.

Personal muy atento a mis peticiones y muy amables.

No tenía aire acondicionado y llegaron a entrar en la habitación aún dejando el cartelito fuera de no molestar, un detalle que no me gustó.

Beautiful stay at the beach front

Superb location (beach front), wide room (we had a family room for 4), kind staff and nice breakfast spot at the top floor with view

bad service. not child friendly. poor cleaning. good location.

+ Great views and close to the beach and shops. + Polite staff in the breakfast restaurant. + we got to borrow a water boiler. + we got a extra baby cot when that first said they only have one for us.

- terrible service, hotel staff at the reception hardly greeted, if you stood in front of them they were always talking on the phone and barely looked at you when you needed help. Nonchalant staff in general. - there are no snacks or water in the hotel rooms we only got two water bottles when we arrived in the mini bar, after that it was never refilled with water. - the windows in the rooms are not child-friendly and lack child protection. it felt dangerous when our son was near the window. He could stand on a stool and fall straight down from the 5th floor. - terrible cleaning, rarely changed the sheets even though the sheets were dirty with sand. They re-bed with the sand. our children's crib sheets were never changed during the stay even though they were dirty. The bathroom had dirty walls and door frames with white disgusting spots. - the breakfast was good but lacked variety. - we had to borrow a kettle which was dirty, I had to wash it myself before we used it. - difficult for the disabled and prams to get in and out of the building, the stairs to the hotel have no ramp, there is an old lift but then you have to ask the staff to open the door and unlock the lift from the inside. extremely circumstantial. - We would definitely never book this hotel again. renting an apartment is more worth the money.

The views, the views, the views. The super king size bed. Checkout at 12pm. Bidet.

There is no bar at the hotel. The laundry service it’s a bit pricy: €3.10 for each underware!?

Great location, right on the beach. My room was also spacious and a window in the bathroom. The breakfast had better selection than in other nearby hotels I've stayed in.

stunning seascape views and a very comfortable stay. breakfast was great.

it was all great - except the shower in our room does spray water everywhere.the half-screen over the bath isn’t enough.

Excellent hotel for a short stay visit to Gijón

Top location overlooking the beautiful beach and promenade. Breakfast good with nice views from the top floor. Wifi good. Lots of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Parking in an underground garage, 50 meters from hotel entrance, euro15 per night, was straightforward. There are a few short term parking spaces in front of the hotel, easy for unloading and checking in. The ‘Senda costera del cervigon’ coastal hiking trail starts more or less on the boulevard in front of the hotel.

great clean hotel, comfortable and across the road from the beach

very comfortable beds and pillows, it was great having a sofa in the adjoining room. parking was facilitated by attendant in the garage across the road so we didn’t have to Manoeuvre into a tight space. The parking was 16 euros per night.

4 starts Beach Hotel

The view is "terrific" all the San Lorenzo beach in front of your eyes, was perfect. Very well located, plenty of bars, restaurants walking distance but at night was pace full for a full rest without noise. The beds are good and bathroom as well. The parking place was perfect just 10 seconds to the hotel. We have had an offer with the room but if it is not can be around 15€ per day winter season. The staff was nice, friendly and very professional. There was not coffee or tee in the rooms however there is a free machine on the lobby.

I was in winter and was cold. You can not regulate the heater so for me was cold at night, I have to be on the bed to be warm because the room was not. The same at the bathroom in the morning was very cold.

Fabulous sea view hotel

Lovely room with sea view. Hotel just behind road in front of beach. Beach really lovely too. Huge double bed. Bathroom nice too. Breakfast excellent on top floor with panoramic views. Fairly close to old town centre which was beautiful.

No aircon in room so got a little too hot. Car parking €18 per day, although cheaper than most places in town. Parking in private garage in road to the side of hotel. You have to leave keys with man who will park car for you as it is very tight. We were worried, but all was fine in the end. They also let us take car out for day trip and they would park it again for us on our return.
