This is an exceptional hotel at an exceptional (low) price. My hope is that it can retain its unique, friendly and family-run appeal at the same prices. One thing is for sure - the amazing views won't change - absolutely stunning. And the food was excellent as well.

Building is beautiful. Amazing view. Rooms are large and comfortable. Restaurant is really good, with lots of local and international dishes that are worth a try! Service is great. We would go back in a heartbeat!
Unfortunately, weather was bad, so we couldn't try the pool.

The biggest asset is the view! On both sides you have beautiful landscapes with calm sea and bright blue sky. The hotel itself has a soul. Beautiful patio where you can have breakfast (with bees unfortunately, but the crew took care of it). The pool is also very nice.
Breakfast was rather monotonous. And in the room, once you enter you can smell dampness, probably due to old furniture. So a little glow up in the room would be a treat. Also if you don't have the car it is demanding to get to the hotel from bus stop. The beaches nearby are more for locals, so without a car or scooter, they are not accessible to tourists.

My room facing the ocean and the fabulous dinner on the terrace each night watching the sunset.
The room could have been just a little bit cleaner when I arrived. It didn’t appear that the floor had been cleaned in a while.

location, peaceful comfortable country house perched on a hill with fabulous views and the best sunsets
pool out of use which was a shame.

The property is, without doubt, in a very enviable location with breathtakingly beautiful views from the dining terrace and from all of the rooms. The views and location are the main selling points for this hotel because the entire interior of the hotel is in desperate need of investment and refurbishment.
My wife and I stayed 7 miserable days at this establishment and felt relieved when we left.
Some people would probably describe the hotel as ‘quirky’ or ‘full of old world Greek charm’ with basic rooms, but our room 204 was very tired, run down, dusty and grubby with minimal very old furniture and a grossly uncomfortable bed. The bed linen had a strange abrasive feel to it. The bathroom water was only luke warm most of the time. Only one electric point in the bedroom with an adapter. The shaver point in the bathroom was particularly dangerous, it was adjacent to the sink but was protruding from the wall. Please don’t get me wrong, we are used to Greek basic accommodation and have spent many a happy holiday in such places. There is a difference between good basic accommodation and very bad basic accommodation; this hotel should be described as the latter.
We never used the swimming pool so we cannot comment, but we used the restaurant for one lunch and one dinner during our stay and found that, apart from the Greek salad, nothing was freshly prepared and was very average. The dolmades we ordered were definitely out of a commercial multipack. Breakfast could be described as chaotic.
The surly ‘Greek gentleman’ on the front desk was the general manager and was there all the hours available and spent most of this time staring at his computer and didn’t have much time for anything else. Very unwelcoming, he never smiled and everything seemed a lot of bother and an interruption to his day. The only time he smiled and acted as if he was interested was when we checked out wanted payment.
I would have happily paid more than double the nightly rate to get something that was something half decent. I’ll come back when the rooms are renovated and the hotel has a new management team.
Please avoid this hotel for your holiday accommodation. If you want to see the spectacular views go there for just coffee or lunch. You won’t be disappointed.

Everething is amazing. The building itself, interior and location is magnificent and so much pleasant. And we were given a lovely room. Swimming pool is really good. The stuff and the host was really nice, thanks them for everything. There was cold water in the fridge waiting for us. Breakfast was great, it had a lot of choice. Also the food in the restorant is superb. There is some distance from the beach but it's not a problem when you know you're coming back to Levant. We've had really good holiday there. No words to describe how everything was lovely. Definitely a place you should not miss.
Sure to visit it again.

View was fantastic from the small private bedroom balcony, location was good as expected. Wifi was good. Wide variety of food, cooked / cold and continental breakfast, was provided buffet style. You could sit on the terrace with good view to eat it.
Main criticism was that the breakfast was a somewhat disorganised / chaotic. Not everything, being provided and ready before the official breakfast time start, particularly the orange juice and hot food.

Everything. Don’t expect noise, pretension or brash entertainment. Feels like staying in a friend’s country house in the most beautiful peaceful location . Perched on top of the hill above the friendly village of Pelekas with great hikes to four beaches below it really is a gem. Please don’t ever change a thing!

It had a rustic charm. Almost a colonial feel. Peaceful setting with superb views & spectacular sunsets.
It was slightly tired in its decor. It would benefit from more updated features. Wasps were really bad at breakfast time outdoors.

Perfect location with hugely welcoming staff. They are so friendly and do everything possible to look after you. The terrace restaurant has wonderful views of the stunning sunsets but take warm clothes because it can get chilly in the evenings.
Unfortunately the food seemed to change for the worse in the middle of our stay.
We love the hotel and have been several times but this time our last couple of days the restaurant was not so good. But that won’t stop us returning…

Special place. Small hotel far away on the hill top from the beach crowd. Refreshing breeze, amazing sunrises and sunsets. The restaurant has the best evening panorama on the island. Getting there by car is bit tricky, but this keeps the sweaty crowd away, so actually a pro.

The location was top! Only 5min walk to Pelekas where you can find plenty of bars and tavernas.
Parking is large.
View is stunning!
A bit old.
We knew it is a more “rustic” style kind of hotel but we did not expect an old smelly one.
Moreover, the housekeepers only cleaned every second day. Since all the furniture was old, all the dust was back right after it was just cleaned.
Air conditioner broke on our 3rd day of stay. There was only hot air coming out of it.
Breakfast not very diversified, and sitting on the terrace to eat was impossible because of all the bees.

It’s definitely worth to have a sea view room.

Unpretentious comfort and elegance. No wonder so many visitors come back to this exceptional hotel. What better recommendation could there be?

Beautiful country house and gardens with sea views all around. Fab swimming pool and the sunsets are stunning. Friendly staff and simple cool comfy rooms. You can hike or drive to a range of secluded beaches but remember it’s uphill all the way back!
Cannot fault -but if you want ostentatious luxury or noisy night life probably not for you.
