Worked for what we needed.

Close to all we wanted to do in North Vancouver.

Not very clean. We used the suite with cooking facilities but smaller pots would’ve been perfect. Paper towel to clean up with. Dish towel for drying dishes. Breakfast included but it was running out of stuff.

Son emplacement près des lignes de bus , à 20 minutes de Lonsdale Quay , le service de bagagerie, la patience des employées à l’accueil , la literie douce et confortable .

Le canapé vintage; les cheveux qui n’étaient pas les miens sur mes affaires et sur l’éponge , l’emplacement de la chambre pile en face de l’escalier, l’absence d’insonorisation, les gens qui klaxonnent dans le parking tard le soir . Fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir .

4 star price for a 2 star room

Convenient location good blackout curtains and the fountain was nice.

Very high priced for the quality. Extremely dated, two broken lights, chipped mirrors, uncomfortable cheap beds, I think I saw a silverfish in the sink, tiny dated tv, poor water pressure, poor toiletries provided, no shower seat for my handicap charge and didn’t warn me that my requested handicap amenities weren’t available until I arrived at the hotel which was already paid for. Not enough seating for breakfast so we just left and went without rather than stand and wait.

Overall, our stay was fair. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, enough tea, coffee and water for drinking.

On the first night, we were feeling itchy and could not sleep well. This was due to dusts on the bed. AC was also not functioning well and just disturbing our sleep. lamp over the sink was not working . Next day morning, after I reported to the front desk , the lady immediatey sent some one for fixing the lamp, and later they also cleaned the room. It looked the room was not checked before checking in.

Not a place I will stay again.

It was blah. Out of coffee and very few choices.

The room could have been cleaned alot better. Everything is worn and needs a remodel bad.

Pratique pour des touristes de passage !

La réactivité, la gentillesse, la compréhension de l'ensemble du personnel. La laverie (avec 2 machines à laver et 2 sèche-linge). La localisation ( à 2 pas du pont menant à Vancouver, près du SeaBus, à côté d'un centre commercial haut-gamme Park Royal, à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute Sea to Sky menant à Squamish, Whistler, et d'un terminal de ferries Horse Shoe Bay.

Du fait de notre séjour long (3 semaines) l'équipement de la cuisine est très nettement insuffisant. Le soi-disant petit-déjeuner est, certes offert, mais ce n'est pas un "petit-déjeuner" aux dires mêmes du personnel. Il s'agit d'un simple "en-cas" que les gens consomment debout dans le hall. Notre chambre mériterait d'être modernisée. La piscine ne fonctionnait pas alors que le temps aurait permis de se baigner.

Clean, friendly and very quiet despite proximity to road

Our particular room (114) and bathroom were a bit small. It wwould havebeen nice to have more shelving in the bathroom. Oops

Location is superb. The breakfast to go is a nice complement. It would be nicer if we can have the breakfast in place, but i understand the limited space available in the facility. Staff was firendly and helpful.

The Airconditioner is dated and noisy. It is blowing air right to the bed creating uncomfortable draft. The bathroom is very tight with the sink outside of the bathroom. They are charging $150 security deposit which I think is excessive.

Room was not good for the value

Breakfast was okay. Shower was good .

Air conditioner was as loud as a helicopter, and it didn't get the room cool down enough , could not sleep well. The rug needs changed or deep cleaning. Coffee was not good.

We stayed here out of convenience of the area but would never return for the price we paid.

Lots of Breakfast options. Clean eating area. Beds were comfortable. Separate rooms were great for our large family.

It was outdated and old. The pool wasn't available and we were not told this at booking. The room was over priced.

Clean tidy. Helpful staff. Easy to get to Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mountain.

I liked that we were able to book into our room before 4pm. The breakfast that are available are excellent and also drinks are available all day. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was better than i expected.

Great value.

Great room for the price. Clean and spacious. I was expecting some noise because other reviews have said the wall are paper thin, but we had no issues.

The TV was old and the screen was malfunctioning but we didn't really care because we were hardly in the room besides to sleep.

Disappointing

It was close to some restaurants and we were able to walk to a few different places. Unfortunately, many of the closest ones were closed. In the room, there were many pillows and there was plenty of hot water.

The bed was lumpy. There were no extra blankets and room heater was very loud. There was black in the corners of the bathtub and a strong disinfectant smell when we walked in. The coffee both in the room and at the grab and go breakfast was terrible, weak and chemical tasting. The packaged food was limited and processed.

Overall, a decent stay. Quiet, and good location.

Location was decent. Overall a quiet hotel.

Breakfast was lacking a little. I understand that it changed due to Covid, but the selection was a bit underwhelming. Room could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival.
