The breakfast buffet was good. We like accommodations that offer breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. The staff were very courteous.

I really liked the proximity to the major highways for getting around! I also liked the sliding patio doors on the ground floor rooms! When locked they felt secure, but were able to open providing easy access to the parking lot for unpacking and packing the vehicle.
The breakfast room didn’t have a lot of seating, so occasionally people come in and get breakfast but have nowhere to sit. I do understand though that not much can really be done about that I suppose.

Breakfast service was excellent and chef extremely well with food quality
Receptionist/manager was very rude behavior, I was requesting downstairs accommodation to swap to avoid with infant stroller taking stairs but she was kind of take it or leave it..also smell kind of old building

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was super nice and accommodating where they could.
We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children and on arrival were told that it doesn’t fit a cot and that they have no bigger room available. Luckily we had our camping gear with us and could use our own cot and a sleeping bag with one of our children.

Great
Need a washroom near caffeine. So you don't have to run a child back to your room in the middle of breakfast

The smell in our room upon arrival, was not nice. We walked across to Canadian tire and bought room fresheners. We slept with the back door open all night because it was terrible.

I like the friendly helpful staff at the desk, when booking I thought I got a room with a pull out couch but I ended up with only 2 queen beds and we 3 kids and 2 adults it wasn’t going to work, so the front reception got us a cot and help bring it up to the room. The breakfast was perfect nothing fancy but it did the trick. It was well taken care of property.
The only thing is no elevator so if you have a disability you would have to stay on the main floor but other than that everything was great

The staff was very good. Liked the location, we stayed there as we had a family member in the hospital in Sudbury. There is laundry and a business center on site. I would recommend this hotel absolutely.
