We enjoyed the pleasant staff at the reception desk. Very accommodating. Very close to restaurants.

La chambre était confortable, calme et propre.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel non exceptionnel et le prix de la chambre , un peu cher pour une nuit sans petit déjeuner.

The location is prefect after a long 12 to 13 hour drive from the East Coast. Love being close to Highway 20 and the downtown area of Drummondville. We have stayed here multiple times because of the location.
Wish the second bed in the room was not a Murphy Bed. I also would prefer to have the sink in the bathroom. I understand it's trying to serve two purposes as a kitchenette it's more of a preference than a dislike.

Assez tranquille.

position and I knew the place I have been there before few time … room are comfortable and the restaurant inside is pretty good
4.1
in the center of the city, had a coffee shop and a restaurant
i understand I reserved a night for the same day, but I paid $260 for a standard room…at the price, I am not expecting to hear my upstairs neighbour flush the toilet and walk, my next door neighbour cough or some guys talking in the parking lot at 6:30 in the morning.
staff was friendly, room was clean, bed comfy, but the price is outraging given I could hear everyone/everywhere (and I have a deep sleep) especially for an hotel in a small town halfway between Montreal and Quebec City…For that type of hotel, I should have paid $100 less per night and then, the noise and lack of soundproofing would not have surprised me and I wouldn’t be writing this review

The room was adequate and the front desk seemed friendly... could have used more smiles, friendlier tone.
As we had a pet with us, we could not take part in any meals. There is no outside seating and even in the town, none of the patios were open. This was difficult... Also, at 1:30 a.m. and again at 3 a.m. there were a number of children running the hallway and being very loud. Probably not good to put a family amongst wedding party goers.

pool was far and not open early enough

The mattress want very thick and a bit uncomfortable for my wife.

very clean, bed and room were comfortable for sleeping
We were disappointed because the experience was not what we have come to expect from this brand of hotel. If they had disclosed the renovation on the booking or check in it would have been less annoying. The restraunt was under renovation, moved to a hard to find ,unattractive room on the second floor, breakfast was limited to a 15.00 continental breakfast. no choice for anything else even if you only wanted a slice of toast, usually about $5 or less. The staff were lovely however they were not informed of the breakfast change . Our room had a tiny bathroom containing only the tub and toilet, with the sink and vanity out in the sleeping space. it was a double queen room so we were expecting the usual comfort of one being able to sleep in and the early riser able to get up , enjoy their morning routine in a lovely bathroom and quietly and have a couple cups of coffee without disturbing the other.on a quiet corner.had this been a budget hotel , we would have expected this, but not from LeDauphin. we have retired and are travelling to Toronto from NB more often and have come to expect a relaxing and satisfactory rest when we stop for the day. we were disappointed with this experience, and felt poor value for our money.

nice room. Good location in downtown area. plenty of parking.

I like the fact that the floors in the room are cork and not carpet.

very dry air

We were on the second floor. We could see that there were rooms on the ground floor with doors to outside which might have made it ok.
Breakfast is not included. Complete disregard for Covid Policy, Multiple large groups. Room services not available because their were so many events were being held. Adults walking through lobby and hallway without masks at all or over their mouth only. Waited 35 minutes for a cart and when returned not sanitized. Long maze to one elevator and down a ramp and room overlooked the pool and reeked of chlorine. Fridge door didn't close and eventually moved to another room.
