Beds were a bit too soft and lumpy and not very comfortable

Great!!!
The bedroom had a lingering curry smell.

The kitchenette had an apartment sized fridge, cooking elements, and even a dishwasher making it easy to prep meals in our room.
I wish they had a self serve washer and dryer for guests.

Our stay was great. This is our second time at this location. The hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent and the space is very welcoming.
We were in town to spend time with family and the pool was a main factor of our booking. The pool temperature was rather cool.

Staff was friendly and took care of all requests promptly. Property was clean. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods and there was plenty to eat.
Room door was damaged, the paint was flaking off and was getting tracked into our room. Ceiling needed repairs from water damage.

PROS: Full kitchen, large fridge, quiet, comfy, up to Hilton standards. Wednesday dinners. Enjoyable 1-bedroom stay as always.
CONS: long stay should have some discounts instead of charging nightly.
The rest of CONS are minor and can be ignored, but here they are:
- despite breakfasts being great by U.S. standards - they can't compete with even a mediocre European breakfast
- despite room-cleaning is great overall - the housekeeping ladies never open sofa beds (full of crumbles/chips/candies/etc) and never clean under heavy furniture like armchair/sofa. I know it's a "norm" for U.S. and the spots they did reach to clean are all shiny and exceptional :)
- minuscule cups (150ml or so) don't work well for tea-lovers

Person at the front desk and breakfast was ok.
Bathroom and pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

Good location for our purposes (attending a funeral).
The pool area was filthy: green, murky water; towels everywhere, including the bottom of the pool; random clothing left behind on the ground, including soiled underwear. Our room had food on the ground when we arrived. The fridge made loud noises in the night. There weren’t enough dishes for our family to eat.

We had booked three adults but there were no sheets fir the pull out until the second night.
Sheets for third bed (pull out)

Convenient to our family
The front check in staff was not very helpful. Any request seemed to be annoying to them. Garbage piled up in the garbage area on the 2nd floor (stayed like that for over 24 hours)

We notified the hotel to let them know we would be arriving quite late from England. when we arrived, we and our three kids were exhausted. we had booked a room that was advertised for up to 5 adults. when we got to the room, there was just one bed made up and nowhere else to sleep. when I went down to ask, I was told this was standard for the room. There was no mention of the sofa opening out and when I asked, I was told that ‘everyone knows they need to make up their own bed’ - nothing that had been mentioned before. This could have all been explained when we arrived to check in but we had to come down and drag this information from him.
He went to fetch some sheets and blankets indignantly. The blankets were horrible, synthetic things that were full of rips and holes. The sofa bed creaked with every movement and was unbearable to sleep on.
We have never been anywhere that has standard practice for beds to be made up by the guests. The room should be ready for the number of people staying. The guy on the front desk was rude and unhelpful
And advertising a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 5 adults isn’t appropriate - fortunately we had children with us so were able to fit three in a bed.
A very disappointing stay.

Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, the suite with a separate lounge/bedroom helped make it feel a bit like home away from home.
I found the air conditioning units to be quite loud which wasn’t great for a restful sleep. The decor seemed a bit basic and outdated (ie bed linens were torn in places).
