We felt very well cared for

Very clean. Family atmosphere. Could not have been treated more kindly by staff. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast staff and night staff were nice enjoyable people to relate with.

Bath tub drain was clogged. Room was a bit dark, old feeling

The included breakfast was a great feature and the location was close enough to town centre, about a 18 minute walk. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean.

I think the room is way overpriced for what you get. For 2 of us we payed over $1000 for a 4 night stay, in comparison that is the same price I paid to stay at the Shangri-la Hotel in downtown Vancouver, which is a 5-star hotel with incredible amenities in a prime location. Our room viewed the parking lot and the doors had zero sound barrier so anyone opening and closing their doors echoed through the room.

there was no sign on the hotel. we passed it 3 times before finding it

I liked the convenience of where I was working. Also had a good continental breakfast.

- very old need to be updated - not clean ,stains and dirts everywhere.
