Estadia confortável com ótima localização

Fui muito bem recebido pelo Ash! Era meu aniversário e me deram um quarto ótimo, com uma linda vista da cidade e da CN Tower ! Ganhei ainda um café da manhã e desconto no jantar ! 🤩 O quarto é amplo, bem iluminado e bem arejado. A cama é o chuveiro são ótimos . A localização é muito boa , a poucos minutos das atrações turísticas. Consegui visitar tudo a pé ! Fica também ao lado da Village, o que foi muito bom e divertido. O staff é gentil e cordial, e me ajudaram numa excursão para Niágara Falls.

Up until the deposit matter happened we were quite pleased with the room and location of the hotel.

Everything went well until checkout at about 6 am when the desk clerk said the computer was not working. I have not been provided with a copy of the statement showing why the $200 deposit was not fully returned.

After returning home in Calgary I called the hotel and after some difficulty talked to someone on the front desk and he advised the $200 was reduced by some $64 because we charged breakfast on one day to our room #310. That reduction would be valid but I should be credited with ~$136 to my visa account. To date I have received no information as to why I cannot get back that amount. The deposit of $50 per day seems to be not credible. Due to this matter I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

房間的洗手間堵塞水还开放给客人，外玩回来晚上11點洗澡才發現，外出成日回酒店洗澡都不行，這個酒店確實有很大的問題，等現12:30PM還沒有幫我換房間，外出成日現在又累又想睡，以後都不會再入住這間酒店，我必會從微信、Facebook Instagram告诉我所有的朋友也不要再用住这个酒店

A fun place to stay for a night in the city.

Location. Friendly staff at check in. Very comfy bed.

Stayed with my 2 teenagers for 5 nights.

Fantastic location - half a block from the subway, half a block from Loblaws, half hour walking distance to many sites. Perfect if you’re only using for sleep. Small room but clean, large windows facing apartment building. Small fridge big enough for carton of milk or juice to stand in. 3 small drawers and closet. Complementary water bottles - we asked for one more at the front desk as we left each morning. It was the most affordable hotel in the downtown area and I would recommend to others.

Small rooms. Showers in other rooms were very loud - as if they were in our bathroom. Kept banging into the TV hanging on the wall lol. As soon as we got into our room a fire alarm went off and an announcement told us to stay in our rooms. Fire trucks came but it was a false alarm. Weird start but overall we were very happy.

Beautiful view, wonderful staff but unfortunate chain of events

Vicinity to all the attractions that we planned on attending. The staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

The first room we were in had a broken fridge and uncomfortable bed. The second room we were in had the air conditioning broken. There was a fire alarm during the night that the protocol seemed a little odd and maybe not as safe as it could have been.

Love this place. We have been coming at least twice a year.It like our home away from home.

Everyones always pleasent. Bery helpful staff.

The only thing . Gelt the bar longe closed a little early. After we are out at an event we like to come back and sit in the bar and people watch and relax.

Very worst stay in my travel experience. You will get good hotels lesser than this.

Not worth the money

Central location, soft comfortable beds, quite spacious and clean rooms, cleaned daily. Coffee machine in the room It's not a bad hotel but not for the money asked for it

The room was chilly and the temperature isn’t adjustable. There was no hot water in the shower, it was barely warm, which is extremely unpleasant. Also, the bathroom is quite small and not very comfortable Btw I expected more from the window view, it looks more attractive in the photos

Entrance to parking very tight, room VERY small, view from room was a 4 foot wide space between 2 buildings, room was WAY too hot and temperature could not be reduced, strong smell of deodorizing product

Wonderful staff and the amazing breakfast makes this hotel, which deserves a renovation

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really went the extra mile, fantastic buffet breakfast and good restaurant, very comfortable large bed and perfect downtown location made it a great trip.

Although perfectly clean the hotel really needs a renovation as the rooms are shabby and the heating system is very old and noisy.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price that offers everything needed :)

Staff was really friendly, room was clean and swimming pool and fitness centre were well equipped.

Room was a little loud as we were close to the streets, breakfast could have included a larger variety of fresh fruits and vegetables but otherwise fine.

Amazing Staff and Amazing Location!

The Staff were extremely kind! They were always happy to help, the cleaning staff was especially amazing always saying good morning and checking on us when they saw us each morning. The location was also great, walking distance to everything needed!

The wifi was extremely slow and did not work well. Wish the room was slightly bigger, but it had what was needed.

Location is the best part of this hotel.

Other than the housekeeping staff, everyone else seemed inconvenienced by guests at the hotel. The check in process was cold and not welcoming.

Friendly cleaning staff, very attentive when you needed something.

The check in process was miserable. Our flights were delayed, and landed at the hotel around 330am. They told us it would be about a 5 minute wait for the system as they were doing an audit. That 5 minutes was about 15-20 minutes. When I finally got to check in, they said I didn’t have a reservation, when I had all the confirmation emails for back up. Front desk finally booked another reservation on the spot, which cost more and they wouldn’t honour the price I had booked at the time. We got up to our room about 440am, we were tucked in bed and exhausted. The room phone rings and they ask me to go down to the front desk to go over the reservation because they didn’t believed me over the phone of the price I booked at. So finally I got back to the room at 515am to finally go to sleep, and somehow when I went down when they called they “just” found my reservation. I get it, they’re working night shift, but we travelled over 21hours and were exhausted and needed sleep, I think a note could have been handed over to the next shift and they could have called me mid morning. Having a guest go down at 5am is one thing, but calling the room and waking kids up at that hour. I think is disrespectful and could have been dealt with a different way.

Small and dirty unfortunately :(

Not a whole lot, the staff were friendly enough. Value was alright considering the comparables but could have stayed at Fairmont for $100 more with breakfast included (it isn’t at IHG and is $25 pp), and had an incredibly different experience.

The rooms are tiny. I felt so claustrophobic with four of us. Also, please vacuum your hallways - it’s the gate to the room, the halls need to be clean too!

The staff were nice and the bedroom has a good size. The lounge hotel is really nice and confortable.
