Great Location and very helpful staff, comfortable large beds, but for a brit everything here is large! A number of restaurants nearby which was great. Quite near the war museum and it was well worth a visit and easily walkable to the Canada museum, which was excellent.
We thought a bit expensive but probably due to the location, it was quite busy but that is to be expected. having a carpark was great but getting in and out especially with a large SUV was tricky.

It was near the hospital where my husband had to get an operation. We can go to a restaurant to eat or find a foodstore near by. The staff was polite and wanting to help
- We stay there 5 days in the Uniloft: During our stay, nobody came to do the room. We have to ask a gentleman to get towels and we put our garbage in front of our door to be pick up.
- We were on the second floor, we notice that the fire exit was lock up by wood plank and wire, so what will happen if their is a fire?
- With our magnetic key their was a key for a lock on the door who was broken, so anyone had access to the building, not safe. One night I was alone, a homeless person with mental health problem came in the building shouting and growing in front of each door. I was very scared. The night before he spent the night outside next to the building talking to himself.
- The television had sound but no volume to adjust it, and the screen didn't go off when we shut it down, so it stay blue all night. we had to call three times before someone came in to repair it.
- Will we recommend it or return to that place : NO

Easy access to the restaurant and friendly staff.
The pool is way to small for the number of people in it and I had to let the lifeguard(who was sitting down having pizza with his friend)know there was poop in the water!
The rooms where not very clean, very dusty and splashes on the walls...

We stayed at the loft, not the main hotel. The room was cozy and it had all the needed amenities.
Because of winter, there was a breeze through the side of the door, which was unpleasant. The room had only 3 small windows.

It is old, but a well-maintained hotel. The room was clean. Staff could be a little bit nicer :)

The fan made a lot of noise on my last night and didn’t let me sleep. I told the staff at the check out and they said they will send a maintenance over. But It wouldn’t help me because I was leaving!
