I would like to thank the lady at the front desk. We arrived early Nov.18 around 12 pm we did a upgrade, so we could go to our room early, she was so professional, It is like employes like her make you want to come back! I wish I can recall her name, I hope managment can give her a shout out we were in room#1252 at that day! please give this lady all the glory!

We would return.

Great staff, especially the day time doorman.

Most of the minibar items in the fridge had labels facing inwards so you had to turn the items to see what they were, causing you to incur an unwanted charge. Not a complaint…..just an observation, Two room service trays were left in the hallway for two days.

Its proximity to the shopping area (Robson St), grocery store and restaurants. The bed is also comfy.

Very good sleep and comfortable stay!

Great stay, beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Windows have proper glass so there is no noise from the streets (we were staying on the 6th floor in the renovated part). Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice to have Nespresso in the morning instead of mediocre instant coffee. Housekeeping took their time cleaning the rooms and that paid off as everything was spotless, no forgotten dust. Would stay here again!

Pool could be updated but had a good size for swimming.

Superbe hôtel,personnel chaleureux ! Je recommande.

Nous avons grandement apprécié qu'il puisse garder nos valises vu que nous sommes arrivé plus tot que prevue. Ont nous a même contacté pour nous dire que la chambre était prête!!! Emplacement super! Autobus et parfait pour marcher en ville

Amazing stay, upgraded room and fantastic staff!

Smooth and quick check in, friendly staff, we were upgraded upon check in which was fantastic and a great surprise after a long flight delay. The shop inside the hotel was very handy and they also serve coffee in there too! Location was perfect right in the centre and only a 10 minute taxi to Canada Place cruise terminal.

There wasn't anything about our stay that we could fault! Everything was perfect! We didn't eat breakfast or dine in the restaurant so unfortunately I cant comment on this but I'm sure this would have been great.

Beautifully appointed room and great location for restaurants and touring city

There wasn't a great system for splitting bills at hotel restaurant - was very convoluted. Also would have been great if there was an ATM machine onsite.

A one night stat but we wish we had stayed longer

Everything but the staff were superb. I was not feeling too well after coming off a cruise and Cesar upgraded us and allowed early access which was so appreciated

Front desk experience lacking from two check in staff and front office manager that was not nice

Location was good and the doormen were friendly

Stayed three times over a week and on two occasions had two different female Asian women on check in were very unfriendly and perfunctory and also confused as to whether I had paid or not. They made it a horrible welcome after a long flight from Australia asking me for credit card statements when I even had the confirmation on my iPad screen in front of them.

Had a great comfortable time in a very clean and central space.

Location is perfect for experiencing downtown Vancouver and the room was ultra comfortable. I also enjoyed the noon chexkout

I know the nightly rate was in keeping with similar hotels but man, it's getting unbearably expensive to stay in Vancouver!

Loved our stay, would stay again! (If room isn’t located next to the ice maker)

The hotel was really lovely! The staff were great and gave us local dinner recommendations. The rooms were very comfortable and it’s in a great location

Our room was originally next to the ice machine and we heard loud banging all through our first night. The next day we asked to move rooms and they were very accommodating. Sadly we lost our nice view and our large room, but that’s ok. The staff did all they could for us to be comfortable

Parking ticket left me feeling like I got homework and I’m about to lose money.

The property was good. Close to everything we needed.

We paid for parking but got a $100 ticket anyway and now I’ve got to call to sort it out or pay. It’s a headache and I may be out $100 at the end of it all after paying a lot of the hotel and parking fee.

We had a wonderful time in Vancouver staying at your hotel.

Bed is soft and comfy, location is great with restaurant and wine store nearby, the stand alone shower and water pressure all good. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Only one thing; the cost. Makes it tough to stay more often.

Great location, both safe and central, staff friendly and helpful.

The room was good size for two adults, a very large king bed, all facilities of a 5 star hotel available as expected. The location of the hotel was so central and walking distance to everything. Felt safe walking around here at night.

Two items were broken in the room - however a quick response from maintenance staff to fix these was greatly appreciated. I believe that these should have been seen when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was so friendly and efficient.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Room was very spacious. Having a couch and coffee table in the room was really nice.

Great location. Room was clean, very happy with the “over and above” by staff in providing me a personal mini fridge to keep my water cold! Overall a great experience thank you!

That the mini fridge in the room is stocked with expensive drinks and alcohol, would be nice to leave it empty and allow us to use it for personal use but staff made up for it by bringing me my own mini fridge to use! So appreciate it. Would’ve been nice to have a fitted sheet on the bed too instead of a top sheet. It kept getting tangled in the night and I wound up unknowingly sleeping on the bare mattress at one point 🤮 still very happy with my stay. Staff are so nice 😊

Awesome location and comfort.

A bit dated, and a few extra amenities would be great. Better televisions with ease of use; a window in the bedroom; larger tubs that aren’t awkwardly shaped.

Not the best. Not as nice as it used to be.

This used to be a great hotel. They don't have valet anymore and the line ups for checking in were very long and check in was tedious. The hotel is a little run down and needs some renovating. Won't be going here again.
