It was clean. Decent breakfast but nothing exceptional. Friendly staff. In a less busy location. There is a Tim Hortons and a McDonald's right next to the hotel and a supermarket within 10 10-minute walking distance.

They don't provide drinking water. I had to buy water bottles from the supermarket.

Very rude and unhelpfull front desk staff. We arrived later in the evening and had some issues in finding the bookings for the two rooms booked. The front desk lady was very rude, insisting that I had only one room booked (the other one was under another name (had no issues with my other bookings of 2 rooms that I've booked under this site but this hotel) suggesting I should call Booking to clear this issue; when I showed her the confirmation for the two rooms she "finally" found the "second" room; terrible experience!

Nice large room (3 queen beds very enjoyable for a family of 5). Kids enjoyed pool with 2-story water slide.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff on the first night were a bit standoffish with us when we arrived but the rest of the time we had very nice staff.

We could smell that someone smoked in the hotel as well as seeing the cigarette butts in the ground outside a first floor window as well as a guy taking a leak in the corner of the building while he had a smoke and a beer (and he had propped the door open which was a security issue). Also our key card just stopped working and we had to go back to the desk to get it fixed.

Uhm, the water slide was about the only thing good here. So very disappointing.

Wow, uhm, the rooms were quite small and dated. Very dusty. Bathroom wasn't very clean, tub had dark areas (cleanable, I tried) and hair in the drain, sink faucet and drain very gross and it doesn't drain while water runs. The fridge freezes everything. Half the kid pool amenities weren't allowed to be on (should be documented on the website) and the chemical was strong in that area our eyes were burning within 10 minutes. Venting machines were expensive, I bought 5 drinks and the machines CHARGE ME FOR 9!!! Just realized that on my bank statement. I'm overly pissed about that. Breakfast was a literally joke. Yogurt cup, toast, bagel, packaged oatmeal or hard boiled egg. I'm sorry what?! NOT ADVERTISED AS MUCH. Where was the waffle maker and the cereal dispensers? The photos are NOT equalling up to what's provided here. My kids literally ate no breakfast because they are cereal eaters and that's what we planned for from the photos. It's truly not worth the money, especially since the only thing okay is a water slide. We asked for new swim towels (you have to go to the desk to ask for swim towels) on the second day and they questioned if we already recieve some, and we said yes, but prefer new ones. They tried to persuade us to go use the ones form the day before instead and I refused and asked again. They eventually gave us them. Just plain offer! The only other good thing was check out!

Our hotel room was extremely muggy and smelt almost musky (reminded me of a wet towel). We adjusted the heat several times in the room but it made no difference. We ended up opening the window for a little bit to air it out. Pricey - we paid around $192 for a room with two queen sized beds

The hotel is located close to the motoway. Check in was covenient and staff friendly.

I think breakfest could be better if there is more option (not just box with preselected items) From my European perspective the price was too high for this standard - but I've accepted it.

Like that it is close to everything, shops, restaurants, highway... The rooms are good size and beds are ok.

The charges for the dogs, I understand the 200 deposit to make sure the dogs don't do any damages, but why charge extra for the dogs to stay. We have been to many other hotels and none of them charges extra for dogs. The prices for rooms are high for the quality and amenities.
