Unpleasant stay

The cleanliness is pathetic the hotel smells of animal pee on almost all floors. We were in a room next to kids that made noise and banged stuff for 3 continous days it was a nightmare

Cleanliness very poor. Constant knocking on the door by the room service even when do not disturb sign is out. No water bottles provided in rooms. Bathroom excessively small and very old. The walls to the other rooms allow you to hear everything from other rooms.

Room is spacious but the room and bathroom not very clean, very dusty, and the floor in bathroom is bit slippery

The breakfast - not many choices, especially no salad !!! I only had the fruits and a bit scrambled eggs, no regular choices of eggs And the manager asked me to do a review but he was standing next to me the whole time to watch me or even “assisted” me to fill in the review with “excellent services”

unfortunate experience.

overall experience was disaster

The Front Person In the Morning was in a Bad mood i talked to them but they said you need to pay instead of explaining what happened they said you need to pay that was the manager and the front staff on July 5, in the morning. I called the hotel someone answered with the name Samena i, so to sum it up I paid Booking.com, and the hotel has 2 authorizations on my card even them they are not communicating as a team.

Great location, very helpful staff

The staff, especially Learry, were extremely helpful. He looked after us when our trip to Niagara coach didn't pick us up from the hotel. Learry gave us a lot of very useful tips on how to spend our free time. Thank you! Breakfast and other food in the bistro were very nice. And the shuttle to the airport is very good

Дуже були різноманітні та смачні сніданки. Особливо мені сподобалося ,що ліжко ну дуууууже зручне та велике ! Персонал постійно моніторів мій стан психологічний, та відповідав швидко і корисно на всі мої запитання та нюанси які виникли . Дружелюбні та добрі , компетентні та відповідальні! Я задоволена на всі 100 відсотків!

Too expensive for what they are offering

Dirty sofa, quirky bed, bathroom door stuck and does not slide, ac went was loud enough not to let you sleep, overall we were their only to rest for a night and we couldn’t.

Close to the location I needed to be

Uncomfortable beds, noisy, room wouldn’t stay at a comfortable temperature. Couldn’t sleep. Came in at 8pm and was charged two days of parking just because it was “two nights”. Wouldn’t stay here again.. ohh and the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom.

Cramped

This was my second stay April 25 in one week. I paid more money for a very small room with very small tv . My first stay for less money on April 17 was a king bed in big room with big tv for less money.

Close to the airport, great shuttle, good room and breakfast.

Airport to hotel shuttle was great - on time, polite and helpful driver. The buffet breakfast was great, but the food was very good, and made it TOO tempting to eat more than we should!

Would prefer a traditional coffee maker (coffee pot) - always find it difficult to make a good cup of tea in the individual cup options.

Disappointing

I arrived one day later than the intended date of arrival and they make be pay the full one day and they also make us wait for the standard check in time when we arrive to the hotel. In addition, they charged us additional 28$ per night for parking. The staff in reception were neither helpful nor friendly. The overall experience we had in the hotel was disappointing!!!!

I would certainly stay here again when flying.

All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely light supper and cocktails in the restaurant. The food was delicious. The room was quite soundproof. The airport shuttle driver was wonderfully helpful and kind. The short 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport was a huge advantage when we needed to be at the airport by 4am.

total disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all .. it gave me bad vibes to be honest

I liked the fact that it was close to the airport

First of all I was double charged . I paid for the hotel about a month ago and when I went to check in , they charged me the full price and the deposit . The hotel is clean downstairs but the rooms are old and not in good condition . I booked out early and check in , in a different hotel . The AC is old and made me sick in less than 24hours and the window cannot be open ..

Not worth the money we paid

Close to the Airport. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

Feels quite run down. Marks on the walls, decor quite dated, peeling paint in the bathroom. Not worth 500 NZD for sure

Clean facility

Breakfast was not included in room rate, no complementary breakfast. It’s an older hotel by looks of my room which was a king non smoking expected more modern facility:accommodation for the price I paid.

There was also an issue with the position of the black out shades which took 30 minutes to resolve.

The bed, size of bedroom and bathroom, cleanliness, the shuttle, and SOME of the hotel staff.

The hotel charged me $260.69, adding a $50 security deposit. They refunded me $37.62 Can you help me? I have their phone number, but don't want to pay out of country rates.

Swimming Pool & restaurant

A footbridge on the highway outside the hotel is being pulled down, the noise started about 10pm & continued with pretty much constant jackhammers till about 4am, when we spoke to two separate members of staff if the morning we just got an “oh well” answer, I understand it isn’t the hotel’s fault but we paid $250 to not sleep.
