Comfortable & convenient location.

Lovely comfortable room. Well equipped & comfortable beds. Balcony with good views overlooking the golf course. Good parking. Convenient for West Kelowna beach & downtown. Staff rang & emailed to check we had everything we needed in the room.

When we arrived there was a big party of teenagers from a sports club who rather took over the hotel, particularly at breakfast & they were noisy at night. Not really the hotel’s fault. Pool very small. Not a great choice at breakfast & dislike paper plates & plastic cutlery.

I would stay here again, but only after checking the whereabouts of a shower curtain.

Great location for my work requirements. Lots of restaurants nearby.

No shower curtain, or rubberized safety mat for the tub.

Clean and fresh. Staff were welcoming.

The front desk young lady when we first arrived was very kind and accommodating as well as all the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful too.

We weren't impressed with the paper plates, plastic cutlery, and paper cups for breakfast. Very wasteful and it cheapens the breakfast. Food wasn't bad.

Our stay at here was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly front staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire stay. The breakfast staff were equally exceptional, ensuring that every morning started off on the right foot with delicious food and impeccable service. Their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our dietary preferences made breakfast a highlight of our stay.

Nice location, close to local pub and shops.

Was a bit noisy and there were tons of kids present during adults only time at pool. Breakfast was over crowded and chaotic.

Our best hotel stay so far. The hotel facilities and staff were very welcoming and comfortable.

The room size was great and the beds super comfy. Everything in the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast food items were continually replenished so you didn't miss out. Location to a variety of food outlets were within walking distance with the best place being the Golf Club across the road being exceptional.

We missed toast at breakfast. Find other breakfast options too sweet.

I was not impressed with the check in staff member, she never smiled and was fairly curt for the entire transaction. I found that fairly rude that if she is who represents a hotel, should at least smile and be friendly and pleasant. There was no line up and no reason for the unpleasantness. However, when i asked questions she told me to 'hold on', but then the other staff member answered my question instead. The other staff member was what i expected that was smiling, friendly and helpful. In addition, when I checked in I told her that it was a 3rd party site, and then she verified it and only charged the deposit amount. BUT, i come home to find that i had pending charges for the room as well as the 3rd party site. Apparently she put a note for the other staff, but did not bother to tell me that this transaction was on my card and i had to call and talk to someone else. If you have a check in person that cant even smile, maybe they are better left in the back

Comfortable & spacious suites

The variety of food & drinks, especially to be able to make fresh waffles with the waffle machine.

No fresh fruits, since hotel is in Kelowna where there are abundance of fruits in the summer. Also the fridge in the room should include a freezer section in order to freeze my ice packs which I need to use to bring the fresh fruit back home in my car.

We where staying for our wedding. Very surprised by flowers at the arrival in our room. Excellent!

Room was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations, breakfast was good and did there best to accommodate everyone even with the short power outage experienced.Also loved that coffee was available 24hrs.

They exceeded our expectation so there was nothing we didn't like.

Clean, friendly, comfortable hotel in Kelowna

Staff were so friendly. They always said welcome back when you returned to the hotel. I thought that it was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym was very good and had lots of equipment and weights. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it seemed very popular. Breakfast was good but was often delayed in being refilled.

To get across the street to the shopping and restaurants you have to walk down about 3 or 4 blocks on the highway to get to a light. it’s a full fast moving congested highway.
