The bed was comfortable.
Very expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! What more can you ask for in a hotel room? The hotel was closer than we realized to MSU so after a full day of tailgating and a late game, it was easy to check in and get to our room for a good night's sleep.
The rest of the hotel is tired but for our purposes, it was great. The breakfast could be a bit hotter but it was quite a spread for a hotel offering.

Nothing
Old, stained sheets, smelled of urine in halls, people doing drugs and fighting in the side parking lot, homeless people eating at buffet, bathroom door was ripped off hinges and wouldn’t shut, towels with blood stains, staff did not care or help in anyway. This place is disgraceful

Nice pool kind staff
I know you can’t help who your guest are but 2 women began brawling in the common areas resulting in an immediate shut down of the pool which is the only reason my family came.

The room was nice.
The hairdryer did not work. The TV did not work all night long and the other guest there were awful super loud all night slamming doors, screaming in the hallway doing drugs in the parking lot playing music very loud at 4:30 in the morning. Got no sleep at all very disappointed in this day

First, the staff were all very polite and ready to help in any manner.
Its location is the best part as it straddles Lansing and East Lansing. If you have anything to do with the University and you don't want to pay a premium then this will definitely work.
The indoor pool was great. Having a place to get some easy exercise during the Winter is a real bonus.
The place is not the most attractive. But then again the cost reflects that. If all you need is a bed then it certainly fulfills the need.

The first room we checked into all the lights worked fine. We went for dinner and returned about an 1 1/2hrs after checking in and none of the lights worked. Went to tell the front fest and the desk clerk said we should never had been checked into that room as they have been having problems with the electricity in that room and one other room. So we packed all of our things up and moved to another room which we felt like we were in a dungeon. The bathroom was filthy and the ceiling looked like it was going to cave in on us as it had huge spots that have water damage to it. The only good thing about staying there was their awesome pool.

It was nice, cozy, clean , excellent place if you have children via the sweet pool/game room. Oh man, next time I’m taking swimming trunks.
Breakfast was decent as well, better than some. I like the dining area, it looked like they had a bar but I’m not sure. This is really a good spot and I will for sure stay there again.
Didn’t seem to be cameras in the back lot where I was parked. I woke up at 5 am and checked my vehicle. Hard to sleep comfy without that piece of mind. The car was fine though.
Also the hotel needs new doors but outside of that it’s really a nice place

The location is the only good thing.
It misrepresents the expectations what to expect vs. what is in reality and the price.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was very nice.
I had to keep getting my key cards activated to get back in, every time I left my room and this is the second time the coffee pot was defective in the room.

I popped in for a single night after seeing a play at the nearby Wharton Theatre. The staff was great and the room was fairly nice, if a bit dirty(stains on the walls and carpet) but for the price it’s alright. The pool and breakfast area were bigger and nicer than expected.
I booked online and paid in advance, and was surprised upon arrival to find them demanding a $100 deposit that “will clear in 14 days.” I stayed on Mar 15 and it is now Apr 6, so just over three weeks. I have still not gotten my pending charge cleared. What a scam.

Nice place located very close to the Frandor shopping center, very convenient location. Rooms fully equipped (microwave oven, freezer, iron desk, TV, ... )
1.0 / 5.0
-Nice staff
-Room seemed clean
-Had to keep going multiple times to get key activated. Key machine would not work correctly
-Mentioned to front staff, microwave in room did not work. Front staff said they’d take care of it. No one ever came, ended up tossing my leftovers.
-Location of hotel is a bit hard to get into, easy to miss if your are not familiar with area. Have to go around, because it’s on a one way.
-By pool area, carpet really old and outdated, they need to replace with some non-slip flooring.
-Thin walls could hear some people partying a couple of rooms down past 2 a.m.

It was a place to stay for the night. Nice check in staff.
The room was worn down. The sink and toilet leaked, felt dirty. Just old and super rundown. Didn't want to use the shower. Just yuck.

They were renovating and they didn’t do any clean up.

loved the pool and the breakfast.
The room was 'good". Coffee and tea was available in room. Soap/shampoo available. . Bed was comfortable.
A few little things could be upgraded. Better room lighting and brighter, lighter colors would help. . It was dark, The tub drain did not have a cover. . . Towels on the thin side. make sure

Price, staff.
That you could hear everything in the next room through the bathroom vents. And no parking for the guest when there are events happening in the banquet rooms.

Fun location (right next to several restaurants and a fun entertainment center with bowling and an arcade). Great pool and breakfast.
Carpets were dirty, bathroom was super worn, outdated and moldy. The room had a musty smell. During the night we could hear lots of noises from other rooms and smoke (from cigarettes) was coming through the vent from somewhere in the building. Hallways were dark and dingy.
