Great availability
My door won’t lock when I leave my room, had to bring all my belongings with me because it wouldn’t lock.

The room was a nice size. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
We enjoyed the bar/lounge on the premises. Adjacent covered parking ramp.
We were on the sixth floor and the view was cool.
Check-in was a bit crazy. Many hotel guests were trying to check-in between 3 p.m.-4 p.m. because the concert at U.S.Bank Stadium started at 7 p.m. Early check-in would have been an additional charge. There were lines of people and only 2 people at the desk to accommodate check-in. I also did not like having to pay to park in the adjacent parking ramp. That should have been complimentary or maybe $15 bucks - not $30!! I didn't see any elevator for the hotel ramp. We had to climb up/down stairs with our luggage and then walk into the hotel lobby-which was crowded with people checking in and waiting at the hotel elevator bank. Everything, including snacks, drinks in the bar, soda, etc., had to either be put on the room tab or paid by card. We had CASH we wanted to pay with. I know, I'm Luddite.
Also, the tub in the bathroom was weird. When I stepped in for my shower, it was a squishy base.

Please do not stay at this hotel if you can avoid it! The lady at reception was extremely rude.
The staff at reception were very RUDE! The WiFi is really bad. I paid for the premium WiFi which didn't work. I asked for a refund and that was denied. I asked to speak to a manager and was kept waiting for an hour!!

The room was nice and it was clean
The front desk staff was very very rude, I was charged extra and not given my deposit back . I’ve emailed and called countless times since my stay and no one has reached back out to me

My conference was at the Hyatt, and the Millennium was cheaper, just across the street, and connected via skybridge. The bus stops right across the street. The rooms were fine enough -- clean and spacious.
It was truly SO cold in the hotel room for mid-October. We came from the East Coast and still felt it was way, way too cold. When we asked for the heat to be turned on, we were told MN state law prevented them from keeping the building warmer, but they could provide extra blankets and send a technician to stop the cold air flow (...meaning there was cold air flow. Sigh.). What resulted was that we were, in fact, warmer, but at a cost---every couple of hours through the night, there would be 5 minutes of this repetitive tapping coming from the heating unit that got steadily louder before tapering off. It woke me up throughout the night.
Also, that skybridge is open very mysterious hours -- opening at 6:30 a.m. and closing between 6:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. randomly throughout the week.

Excellent location. Given the rate I paid,
I was a bit leery - but the place was great. Great value for the money!
No complaints.

It was nice everything was clean and tidy. A lot of food places were near by so it was good spot to stay.

Great location, within walking distance from the Minneapolis Convention Center.
Weekly room service means no trash removal.
When I asked the staff for my room receipt, the lady at the reception was quite rude.

It was a bit noisy

Location was great. Parking easy, but too pricey.
1. Property needs some updates.
2. A/C didn’t work so I opened the window for fresh air. I waited awhile and the technician never showed up. I cancelled at 11:30pm
3. Phone didn’t work to contact the front desk. I had to call from my cell phone.

We were never told our card would be charged a $150 security deposit. It would’ve been nice to know that instead of think we were being over-charged. We had to change rooms right away. Our first one reeked like weed so we swapped.

The hotel was convenient. i was able to use the indoor bridge to walk back and forth to the convention center. Parking was also next door to the hotel
The hotel was somewhat outdated. I can only imagine keeping up with the cost and the changes we see in society's economics. The room was to have a mini frig it did not. The room furniture appeared old. The front desk representatives were ok but they did not demonstrate, hotel hospitality They were not dressed uniformly. It was as if they showed up to work, one even had shorts on. One agent stated yes this hotel is stuck in the 70s. The jet bridge also smelled as if someone urinated somewhere. Several hotels and institutions are connceted to jet bridge. I am not sure who was responsible for cleaning the area .

I was refused the room I had paid for, since I was using a digital credit card and not a physical one. Management told me I could have the room credit at a later date and they would leave a note with my account instead of allow a refund. Tried to use it today and was told there was no indication of the issue and that I never even showed up to check in. They

I liked the cleanliness of the room.
I had a guest come visit and the front desk/security was giving them a hard time initially. I was able to clear it up once I went to the front desk.
