Very quiet, had a good rest every night we stayed there, room and hotel was very clean staff was friendly, plus the free breakfast
Parking space too small, plus damage deposit was too high, swimming pool was out of order
8.0
The location is excellent for the sights in Winnipeg. The breakfast room was large with a large atrium, so it felt quite luxurious! Friendly staff. Easy drop off and pick up in a 15-minute zone at the door. Our room was at the back, so was very quiet.
Too much disposable cutlery and plates for breakfast.
8.0
The prime location. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast tables were never cleaned for the next guests. Tables full of crumbs and sometimes sticky.

Location is great. Around 10 minutes walk from The Forks Market and CMHR. We walked everywhere although we didn't feel very safe overall in Winnipeg's downtown, not a lot of foot traffic and a lot of homeless people, which is quite sad to watch in all Canadian cities nowadays, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, just a word of caution. Beds are quite comfy, rooms are big.
Breakfast options were very poor, canned salad fruit, paper cookware, no gluten free/allergen free options, and not a good coffee. The hot options were a bit bland (ham, eggs), but honestly if you don't have any allergies and don't care much about the quality of the food, just want a quick bite before starting your day, it's quite nice that they offer free breakfast! The furniture is pretty old, but all usable. The pool and sauna are out of service, which was very disappointing.

The location was perfect - close (within walking distance) to restaurants, bars with live music, the Human Rights Museum and The Forks. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet.
The only disappointments were that the pool and hot tub are no longer in service and the parking was very crowded and cost extra money (what?!).

I found the location great if you want to go to the forks , a music venue , or go to a nice restaurant.
I found it a bit expensive .

The free breakfast was nice.
We’ve stayed 7 maybe 8 times over the last 5/6 years we used to really love it here.
Pool/sauna/hot tub were all closed yet still advertised and paid for. It’s worth noting other hotels in the same area had all those amenities open to their guests.
They took away the cable and replaced them with Roku which would be nice if I was already paying for the streaming services on it which I am not. We weren’t even able to unwind and watch tv at the end of the day.
The bathroom fan didn’t work either and every time one of us took a shower we steamed the entire room.
4.0
The time for breakfast was good.
Not a lot of options for breakfast

Good location. Nice hotel and a great breakfast.

Elevator was fast. Location was great. Water pressure was great for taking a shower.
Parking was over crowded. Not enough parking spaces for everyone especially when you had to pay for it.
I was expecting hot scrambled eggs for breakfast to go along with bacon, sausage.

Breakfast was good
Pool/hot tub no in service even though when I had called prior to booking I was told they were working. There was a loud bang periodically throughout the night.
6.0
close to the arena
poor parking and costly 12.00 dollars plus tax come on really , 160 for the room add in the taxes and parking brought it up to 203.00 next time I’ll just do an Arnb

great location, clean rooms and amazing staff.
the breakfast at this hotel is not what it was. canned fruit salad, white bread, two damaged apples in the fruit bowl, no individual yogurts… there was hot food that looked good but you are celiac or diabetic it will be difficult or impossible to eat here. The hotel has also made a disappointing change to Rokou TV (as opposed to cable) and you either need to spend time trying to log into your own account or call the front desk for help to log in. we logged into our own account and the system does NOT log you out when you are officially checked out. at least it didn’t fir us. Patience and the help of (excellent) staff accomplished the log out. be sure you are logged out when you leave . Its not a user friendly system. this difficulty delayed us by 1/2 an hour. we requested a call from the manager so we could discuss our experience as this has been our ‘go to’ hotel when we stay in winnipeg but several days have passed and no phone call. We will think twice before staying again - which is unfortunate.

No really anything
Staff opened my room door for strangers while I was sleeping in the early morning, not feel safe at all. Aslo not too happy about 12 dollars parking charge and some funny city tax, but those are not huge deals.

Location and price were very good
Pool facilities were out of order. Hopefully next time they will be available

Our rom was directly across the hall from the laundry and the staff coming and going all night prevents us from sleeping all night.

Everything except the lack of hot water.
I would rate it very highly but there was no hot water on the night I was there.
