New years eve party

Everything was good very nice rooms great price especially for the new years eve pricing. No hassle check in very fast friendly service..no hassle guests on reservation

Very limited ice machines had to go down 15 floors just to get ice very inconvenient and pretty far from main strip it's a plus and minus. I didn't like that they don't offer shuttle services paid or free to get to the strip ya you have uber and lift but still

It was like we lived there.

I loved how friendly every worker was. The atmosphere of the Grandview is so relaxing and welcoming~

The entry doors from outside slammed very loud and our entry doors were very loud upon entry.

I didn't know it was a resort!

The resort style vacation was totally unexpected. Location was perfect for the venue I attended.

Price was a little costly for a first time visitor. Amenities were okay, but would love to engage with staff a little more. Activities were limited.

How everything was so clean and organized

Bad when you are doing reservations through booking at the hotel. They do not give you an actual receipt of your stay

Great place for families

Rooms were very big and had everything you needed. Loved the washer and dryer.

The rooms and building could use some updating. The couch bed was really old and uncomfortable.

Comfortable and quiet. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Didn't have any meals. Too busy and crowded.

The elevators were broke Friday night. Stairs had to be used.

She's old but good

Rooms are very large and all the amenities.

Few minor things. Garbage disposal did not work and drained slow. Toilet paper holder fell off wall, and shower had little pressure. I have stayed at the Grandview in he past. It seems that things are getting old and in need of repair/replacement.

I’ve always liked The Grandview I like the set up of the rooms and the kitchen dining space

unfortunately, sometimes you can hear the people above you and it’s very loud because of the floors having tile

Very little. I expected three star hotel and got your home fend for yourself. Operators just hang up if you call for help.

The hotel was located next to

Nice sized room.

the air conditioning wasn't working the first night. Had to notify management the next day, also one of the bathroom sinks was clogged and the room smelled like sewage. These things should have been checked out before the room was rented out.

Nice place just not as pristine as past visits.

Access to all attractions is great

Room appeared to have not been used recently. Needed dusting and sweeping. No was clothes in room or dishwasher soap.
