Room was awful. Worst room in the house. Despite requesting another option the hotel gave us the worst room possible.

The location was convenient to all & within walking distance to park, Jupiter river walk, Dive Bar, Twisted Tuna & live music at double roads. The hotel room was beautiful with a part view of the ocean, very clean, spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed the pool & the beach, which was steps from the resort. From the time we checked in til we left the service was exceptional, including the restaurant, tiki bar, room service & valet parking. We will definitely return here!

loved the location.. right on the beach and close to restaurants. rooms were clean, room decor was pretty and loved the hardwood like floor when staying at beach property due to sand. staff was friendly and courteous

It was not really beach weather last time we were there. The beach is always perfect though. The room was beautiful. Newly renovated and gorgeous.

The only reason I didn’t give all excellent reviews is because there was construction and it was very loud and not everything was open. Not worth the $ for this trip unfortunately

Always good at the Jupiter Beach Resort!

The location is outstanding. Staff is outstanding. I had a little issue with the booking and they stuffed me into a room with two double beds however the following morning they quickly changed over a newly occupied king suite and they moved me in. Jupiter Beach resort did everything they could. I stayed here a few times and it's always been very good. It's nice to have the free parking and to be able to walk to the white and come and go easily. It's a great place to stay if you're going to be in Jupiter!

location is directly on the ocean, beautiful. staff was attentive and friendly.

under renovation. restaurant was moved, which we were told. the bathroom toilet in our room was new, but had a hard stop when finished running.

Disappointed

Reserved a standard king room thru Booking, when arrived no king’s were available; therefore they upgraded us to a double Queen room with balcony. The balcony looked over the parking lot and the balcony door was broken. I would have preferred the standard King. Also note that the spa, bar, and dining restaurant were all under construction.

A day in paradise

Service and facilities were perfect Very friendly staff and very clean we were upgraded to the penthouse floor. Hopefully in January i will be back...

The only dislike was the weather and was unfortunately not controllable and a little pricy but well worth it...

We enjoyed our stay.

I'm not sure which room we stayed in. However, it was above the the main entrance to the lobby. The roof of the entry area was blocking the view from our balcony. I think the charge for this room should be lower.

Staff absolutely the very best! Had the opportunity to meet the Gen. Mgr., Justin. A fine young man, and I had a very nice conversation with him. I was celebrating my 85th birthday and he sent a lovely cheese and wine platter to our room. We have been going to this resort for many years. Food was excellent and service great! Hope we can make it again next year. Frank

If we have to evacuate to the east coast ever again, I would definitely stay at this wonderful place.

the staff was very attentive and accommodating. everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Some members of my family did not enjoy the Nespresso machines and would have preferred a Keurig to have a regular cup of coffee in the room. WiFi was somewhat spotty.

The actual resort grounds were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. Location was great, quiet

The site was under renovation so we had no amenities, and we booked a king bed but that was first come first serve and we had a late check in so we got two double beds. The resort grounds were beautiful, but it was unfortunate that we didnt have a pool, spa, or real restaurant open at the hotel.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and stay at the Jupiter Resort and Spa!

Location on the beach and a restaurant conveniently on the premises. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Janet, the hostess at Sinclair’s.

Still undergoing some renovation, but we did not find it too intrusive during our stay. The hotel restaurant, Sinclair’s needs a much more varied dinner menu and the current offerings were too pricey for what they were.
