The worst hotel experience ever

Nothing I

left after first hour had moldy fridge dirty curtains and bathtub bath mat was moldy dirty broken used so discussed of this hotel and to top it up I found bug walking on a bath towel very big health issues with 2 babies it’s very risky to saty intiha place

Good except for neighbouring room ambient noise

Nice staff, very convenient, nice room

The room above took a shower at 4 a m - it was so noisy it woke me up with a start, and their creaky floor also kept me awake. I’m not a light sleeper either. Kinda like Motel 6 in this regard

Adequate for a couple of nights but overpriced.

Comfortable room, split level so ideal for a family.

Dated and tired decor. Washbasin located outside bathroom in communal area of the room. Very noisy bathroom fan. Location ok but need a car to get around as far from waterfront area

Okay for the night stay if youif you

Nothing worth mentioning. It was okay to stay for the night.

It was dated, and the status to lift were noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a noise like a jet engine. The sink was clogged with very slow drainage.

Was good, but would probably choose another hotel

Great location, mickys pub and smittys were good, Beds were comfy, great water pressure, lots of parking, check in and out was quick, and pool were a plus

old building. There's lots of wear and tear on the building (weather stripping/walls/bathrooms). We were on the 1st floor and we could hear every footstep the room above us made which sucked as they would walk around until 1130pm.

Disappointing!

Friendly, helpful staff - although I found it hard to explain what I wanted as the cleaners and I did not understand each other's language. Airy, well-proportioned room.

Vey lumpy and uncomfortable bed. The fridge did not hum, but rattled and made strange noises all night long.

Good location, needs better cleaning at the room.

The location is great. Easy to get anywhere.

My room had two beds. One of the beds looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. We arrived too late (11pm) and it was my daughter’s bed, so I just tried to clean the little hairs because I needed to sleep. The hotel gave 30 cad comp discount.

We needed a place to stay quickly as we came

We loved how central it was and the staff were very friendly. The regular beds were quite comfortable. Even though the ac was on the louder side, it really kept the room comfortable which was great.

I didn’t like that our kids couldn’t swim properly in the pool that we paid for as they had swimming lessons in session. The lessons were happening all over the pool and my kids couldn’t enjoy their time. The pool is small and obviously not able to allow the guests to have priority. They were getting a lot of off putting looks from the swim instructors and the students parents. They were so uncomfortable swimming, we left. We didn’t like how squeaky the pull out couch was. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night when our son was moving in his sleep. The sink meant for the washroom, was outside of the bathroom, which was weird, but not the end of the world. Hygienically speaking; it would be better inside of the washroom. For the rooms that have a lot, which we had, the railing was loose and definitely needs to be addressed for safety and liability reasons.

Kelowna ist eine immer eine Reise wert!

Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet und groß genug für 3 Personen.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und man konnte nicht darauf verzichten, da es sehr warm war und das Fenster sich nur einen Spalt weit öffnen ließ.

Disappointing. Very noisy and rowdy guests

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was free and the location was good in terms of surrounding stores and restaurants.

Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel again. There is absolutely no soundproofing between the rooms. You can hear every footstep, every toilet flush and every conversation. The room next to us partied until 4am. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a good night sleep.

Nice budget hotel

The room is not massive, however, sufficient for two adults. Support staff was nice and proactive on keeping the property clean. The front desk took longer than usual for check-in. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes before we got the room keys. There is no charge for Parking and it is huge so one can always find parking space at any time of the day. Best part of the hotel is it's location. Near to highway & close for various eateries. Thanks for the service.

Size of the room. Paint for bathroom ceiling was falling. Rest is fine.

Kelowna getaway

We loved the location.The room was comfortable and enough space for a family of 4 plus a dog. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and us adults loved relaxing in the hot tub.

I would have liked a microwave in the room.

Great location and friendly counter staff

Room had direct access to the back parking lot . My room was on the ground level.

Facilities were excellent. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the amenities, but they were lovely.

The only thing I noticed was the window was too fogged up between the layers to see out very well. Did not affect my stay/sleep at all, but I noticed it.

Very nice space for a very nice price.

I loved the room I was in, it was spaceous. They also had a Google device in the TV so that I could stream my shows. It was a very convenient feature which made the that much better

I had an issue with the fridge. It was frozen solid and needed to be completely thawed out (I didn't do it, but I let the staff know) beyond that it was a lovely space.

It was a so so visit. Not sure I would stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Security. There was many street people on the property. One we seen was checking out vehicle doors and trash cans. The convention parties were very noisy. You need more disabled parking out back.

A little old, but great location, everythign you need and nothign you dont.

older hotel, but good location. has a small gym with one treadmill and universal gym, and a pool and hot tub. pool was probably constructed in the 70s. Location is great. Other than the dated building its a great hotel.

Very good

We liked the second room we were moved to. It was a nice large room with close access to the elevator and parking.

The first room we were given was on the ground floor. While not a pet friendly room, the people in the room next door did have a pet dog and we could hear the dog whining through the paper thin walls. So we had to complain to management and were given a better room in another wing of the hotel.
