Disappointed But Hopeful Of A Better Experience

Elle from Cottage resto served us with a smile! We tried to enjoy whatever was available to us — breakfast buffet, billiards, pool and jet spa.

The Chophouse and Vodka Ice Bar were closed. The boat ride was not available. Teca opened dinner only. The hydro spa cost $100 per head to enjoy when there’s not much to enjoy from. There was nothing to do and we were not told ahead of time.

Amazing experience, and a great place to stay.

to be more comfortable, as they were a bit too firm for my liking. However, the overall experience at JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa was truly amazing. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The room felt brand new, and the complete kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. It was stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, with high-quality amenities and a hairdryer. The location of the resort is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The resort provides golf cart rides to facilitate transportation around the property, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Their kindness and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. I had the pleasure of dining at the Beca Italian restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, and the team working there was incredibly nice. The service was top-notch, and the smiles on their faces made me feel welcome and appreciated. One of the highlights of the resort is its full-service spa and the swim-through indoor/outdoor pool. It was a unique and refreshing experience to swim between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool. Additionally, the resort offers a gym and a business center for guests' convenience. The proximity to The Rock Golf Course and the various recreational activities available on the property, such as canoeing and snow-shoeing, provided ample opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts to indulge in their favourite pastimes. The view of the lake from the resort was truly mesmerizing. It added to the overall charm and beauty of the place. The room itself was spacious, and the huge bathroom and well-equipped kitchen were definite highlights. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the comfort of the mattresses. Personally, I found them to be a bit too firm for my liking.

A great family vacation in a beautiful hotel

The location is great with amazing views. Rooms and other hotel facilities were well maintained. Lots of things to do with kids. We really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool.

Limited access to shade on the beach. Very long waiting times in the hotel's restaurants. Pricy

Amazing experience, great place to stay but you may consider bringing extra food and extra bucks

Room was very comfortable, complete kitchen with everything I needed and bathroom was amazing! Room was very clean and looked brand new! Location was astonishing, lots of green and they facilitate your dislocation with staff providing golf-cart ride around the resort (no extra fee)

Food options was limited for family with young kids, price was way too high although with good quality. Room service was ok, but again very costly with extra fees on top of the tip. I missed printed menus in the room. they provide R codes but some of them were not working.

The great kindness of the all staff! thanks to them. Very helpful. Amazing smiles. The Beca Italian restaurant is delicious and the team so nice. Amazing view on the lake. Very large room with a huge bathroom and a nice kitchen.

The mattresses need to be changed. The mattress topper slipped as soon as you moved in bed. Too short. The furniture has lived and required a good renovation. The hotel surfs on its name. Excellent resort to get away from the city and just relax. Great for business retreats as well. The rooms are nice and what you would expect, wifi worked fine, and the choice of restaurants was excellent.

Perfect Valentine's Day

Well kept and great valet. Faith was amazing and got us everything we needed. She even got me a brand new hairtie to put up my hair because I forgot one. The Valentine's treats were a bonus!
