I liked the restaurant. The food was very good. The atmosphere was outstanding.
Upgrades are needed, the carpet and fixtures in the bathroom

Location was good...
We had an issue with ants in our room.
We were told the room would be sprayed but when we returned the bugs were still present. After a long day at a family function we then had to pack and move rooms.
The new room was bug free, but very worn. Most lights in the bathroom were out, furniture had large strips of finish missing. Part of shower curtain was off. This was not what we expected from Hilton. We stayed here a few years ago and everything was top notch. Very disappointed.

Nothing, it was horrible , the cover was having blood and it took them two days to change it
Even the door wasn’t opening, I had to go down and up multiple time to the point that I asked for the staff to come with me because the door was an opening and they had to open it manually because they say there are technical issue with the door, so the whole trip was horrible. Something I don’t wanna do it again

the area was nice and parking was easy and a big room
pretty dirty, exposed wiring, holes in walls, drywall tape breaking out of the ceiling, caulking everywhere to hide cracks

big open comfy beds
dirty bed sheets stains on the sheets, i found hair in the bathroom prior to checking in

where to start.
the hallways full of cigarttte smoke.
on arrival the room is was at 85 on thermostat. the room took hours to cool. could not open door because of smoke.
noticed many drunk people throughout the day. carrying cans of beers around the hallways and reception.
several of visitors were visible drunk around the place and made for a very uncomfortable stay. the smell of smoke stayed around!
we checked out Friday and checked back in Saturday. on arrival the room was filled with a chemical smell. my wife was coughing for hours after this. very dangerous smell! staff said some rooms were undergoing renovations. Absolutly no excuse. people could get the smell off our clothes later in the day.
we informed staff. receptionist then mis-advised my wife 4 TIMES to the wrong room when she asked for the new room number. knocking on other peoples doors. very uncomfortable and embarrassing.
staff then moved us to the Hampton inn.
overall a very very bad experience.
