The property looks like they just put Lipstick on a pig

It’s very convenient, right off the expressway. They are really trying to make it look nice when all in all it’s just putting lipstick on a pig

All the floors smelt like pot. If traveling with little kids you may not want to visit here. The bathroom shower head had pink mold on it. The floors felt moist didn’t have a tv channel guide and the front desk girl looked like she really needed to shower or at least wash her hair. My key was deactivated 3 time. Which was a big inconvenience. The pool looked like it needed vacuuming and beer bottles all over the place. It’s my second time here I thought it was alright after this stay I decided not to visit again.

Terrible Experience – Sleepless Night and Unsafe Environment

Nothing. Check out google maps reviews as well, you will see a lot more negative comments, I wish I saw those before booking!

From midnight until after 3 am, the hotel was filled with loud noises, including screaming, running, banging doors, and what sounded like a physical altercation. A woman screamed that she has been hurt! Despite my immediate call to the front desk, no action was taken to address the situation, leaving me feeling unsafe. I did not sleep even for a minute that night, this has been the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Check out google maps reviews as well, you will see a lot more negative comments, I wish I saw those before booking!

A birthday party which they did not allow go carry on i had 7 guest two rooms I booked!, n was not allowed to sing happy

Nothing everything is old molded smelling very very horrible property manager said if hot tub stink no use it 🙄😒

Nothing tbh thought it was a great place until I stepped got in it very expensive prices for ghetto ppl to smoke be as loud as possible just overall horrible

Not worth the money, should have just stayed at a motel

Staff was helpful, location is good

Wifi was down, vending machines broken, no breakfast on site, limited food options, room was shabby and unclean. Food was stuck to the front of the microwave, the microwave turntable did not fit the microwave and spilled food. The coffee machine was full of grime and crumbs in the water intake. Remote control was broken.

Both of my rooms were GROSS! Zero stars!!!

The location is pretty convenient.

The first room I was given didn't have clean bedding.(Long hairs on pillow). Sheets smelled musty...The "River view" wasn't really what I had hoped it would be. Most of my view was of the roof above the pool and bar. Lots of blue tarps to...attempting to fix leaks? The staff was kind enough to switch me to a second room without any trouble. It was a little bit larger, but desperately needs to be updated. The ceiling was very discolored. Peeling paint around the room & bathroom. Again, the maid service didn't do a very good job cleaning this room either. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower still; GROSS! Also, the toilet wouldn't flush for me so I used the one in the fitness area. The thermostat on the wall was broken. The elevators SCREECHED going up and down. I took the stairs after that. In conclusion, the rooms felt like a rundown motel 6, but at double the nightly rate. I'd recommend looking for a different hotel to stay at.

Comfy bed, but not worth the price.

The bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness and the state of the furniture. The carpet in the hall was in desperate need of a vacuum. One of my towels were stained. There were dried flecks of brown on the door and headboard. The paint on the walls and the coating on the tub were peeling in a few places. The ceiling in the shower had brown stains. The furniture was really scratched up. The smaller flush button on the toilet didn’t work.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all helpful and polite. Older hotel but maintained well. When I had issues with my personal cell phone the front desk staff even helped me figure that problem out. I felt safe & comfortable.

Location is the only thing that we liked.

NO shuttle, Did find some beads and bracelet from previous peeps, when you use the shower the water still comes out of bath part. other than that was ok!!
