. They seem helpless and inadequate to handle any problem.

Did not eat breakfast at all. Went to friends.

Smoke on room. Clogged toilet and bathtub presented a serious problem in the morning. They could not provide another room. I had to wait for a solution in the evening. They did not communicate. I had to call several times to followup.

Adequate hotel, in the process of getting a much needed upgrade

Location and staff

Both doors were hard to open. Bathroom door only opened halfway without considerable force. Only very hot water in the shower, could not regulate. Tile floor felt sticky.

Nice staff

Did not like the first room that we were put into. Smoke alarm disconnected from ceiling. Child sized Fingerprints on the headboard and gum stuck on the floor under the garment rack. Let's not forget a sock stuck in the chair cushion! I immediately went to the front desk and got a room change with a leaky toilet! We stayed there in May and everything was great! Don't know what happened this time.

It was worst than being at a motel. The sheets had a stink to them, refrigerator was leaking, they charge extra 20 for bed sheets when they should come stored with pillows with a pull out bed. No pool, shower leaked, loud guest

TRASH! WASTE OF TIME, GAS, & MONEY!

ANYTHING!! I HAVE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS PERTAINING TO THE CONDITIONS THIS “HOTEL”… I REPORTED THIS PLACE TO THE BORED OF HEALTH. I’ve been waiting on my refund for 2 weeks, because they’re place was atrocious! NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Location was the one and only strong point. Set a low bar for expectations here.

Convenient to Highway, gas and food. Guest Services were helpfull, pleasant and professional.

Dated decor and hardware. Shower curtain assembly was falling off wall, coat hanger hooks missing, shower hooks broken off door, plumbing hardware rusted, and offered tepid hot water settings. Heat settings were not responsive, and T-Stat was meaningless number. Dog barking through the night. Room, corridor, and back egress door smelled of pot.

Checked all the boxes for what we needed -- convenient location, decent price, good breakfast, quiet

No frills, quiet, not many extra guests, only guests at breakfast, functional clean, good food for breakast and on time.

Exercise room was shut down.

This hotel is outdated and smells but great customer service!

Great customer service!

This place is outdated, everything smells and barely functions. Our room had a very stinky air conditioner and windows wouldn’t open. Not a comfortable stay for sure!

It's a basic room, Expensive for what you get.

Pocket door in bathroom wouldn't close without a struggle. When checking out, had already turn in my room key. Had to make a last minute stop. Staff directed me to a public bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom, found 2 mice running around the room. Not the way to end the stay.

All in all it was a short stay but definitely will open my mouth about another room next time.

The pool was out of order, the gym was out of order. The room has a weird smell. I had to buy a candle to cover up the scent.

More clean rooms and maybe accommodate for the loss of amenities. You still pay the same price for a space but have no amenities

CONVENIENT, SAFE, AND GOOD SLEEP ACCOMADATIONS PLEASE AGAIN NO SMOKING MEANS NONE OF ANY KIND!!!!

I requested that my husband get a breakfast bag to go & it was not ready. He had to leave sooner than when you were serving breakfast. He just left

NO SMOKING MEANS NO SMOKING AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOTH 1ST & 2ND FLOOR WERE SMOKED OUT WITH POT THROUGHTOUT EVERYWHERE. THIS IS A TURN OFF AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS A DISTINCT SMELL VERY DISAPPOINTED

Disappointing and overpriced.

The sheets and bedding seemed clean.

I arrived at the check in time but my room wasn’t ready. I couldn’t be told when it would be ready. And when I asked if I could use the bathroom I was told they only had one and it was in use because there were several other guests who could not access their rooms either. The bathroom door didn’t work. The trims were only partially painted. Everything was clean but seemed like a collage of other rooms furniture and paintings left in my room.
