Everything! Convenient, comfortable and homie, the amenities and sheets and heater were excellent, convenience of lock key safe for whenever we arrived and needed to go. And a private parking space.
It was far away from restaurants.

I had questions about use which was immediately rectified when the owner saw my call
The kitchen could use a mat to handle the water spills. I visited with my elderly parents which is why I noted it.

It was easy to find.
The car port Lazer light roofing made alot of noise in the wind and when it rained the water fell directly at the entrance to the cabin. The pillows where too soft which made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was was very hard. The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Spacious, clean, private and well situated
Couldn't get oven to work despite following the instructions

The place was clean and tidy. Quiet location with good beaches around.
The air conditioning was just in the living room and the rooms got uncomfortable when the temperature was high.
The second room was small for 4 people to fit in.
The toilet/bathroom should have locks, especially if accommodating a larger family.
The TV setup should have allowed for streaming services.

Clean, tidy and comfortable.
Outdoor seating area for Villa 3 would have been good.
9.0
Good quality and most importantly: really clean. Good shower, nice little sunny garden.
Although we were very satisfied, a few things were a little odd: the dining table had 5 or 6 chairs but the place only has 2 (king) beds. The kitchen is very spacious but we could only find two frying pans. The kitchen has a bar but there were only two bar - chairs available.

Large space, well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. Good value

7.0
Quiet location away from crowds, homely villa, exceptionally comfy queen bed, functional kitchen with great cooking facilities, clean, great cooling.
A bit too far from the beach to walk so had to use the car. Our particular villa (number 3), was the only one with no outdoor area for us to sit or for our dog to go which was really inconvenient and annoying, especially on summer evenings when we had to just sit inside and do nothing instead of enjoying the ambience of being outdoors which is the whole point of a summer holiday: All the other villas had little private outdoor decks and/or gardens which would have made the absolute world of difference to us, especially with a dog. Also the shower pressure was dreadful and quite hard to have a decent shower, but passable for a short trip.

not enough towels or any facewashers for the length of stay, and a few cobwebs hanging. box of tissues would have been great

Very neat property with 2 well-equipped bedrooms. The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Cooking facilities were good.
Location is not very scenic or particularly interesting.

Spacious two bedroom cottage with full size kitchen, dining and lounge. Quiet location. Comfortable beds. very clean and well appointed.
property is great, but dining options are limited in Peterborough. You can easily self cater in the full size kitchen but bring groceries with you. Port Campbell has good dining and grocery options 10 mins away. Peterborough has a small general store with bottle shop

There could have been a baking tray in kitchen.
