The room was clean and isolated from the outside noise, far from the road. Quite small.
The shower was nice, even so for the very small (but functional) bathroom.
The was a fridge to put our stuff in it (There's a convenient store just in front).
The bed was hard, no bath (even if requested and the hotel was not full), the air conditioning was extremely loud and acting up all night.
There's only a small chair to sit at the desk. If you want to sit somewhere it's either on the bed or the chair. No armchair or anything.
Not a lot of lighting also, the room was dark.
Overall for a 3 stars hotel, not so bad, but for the price, I would have expected a little more comfort and accomodation.

Great location for getting to both Old Town and St. Roch. Sidewalk cafes and restaurants on Rue St. Paul in both directions and next door. Nice ambience compared to touristy Old Town (although Old Town is beautiful). Would stay again. Although it was a bit of a difficult trek, climbing the hill was worth it to be able to easily access St. Roch and river for walking. I loved this hotel. And attached French restaurant was very good.
Full Cable TV.

The property is very close to the train station which made it perfect to take the train from Toronto to Quebec City. The view from my room was the docks and the Saint Lawrence river. The hotel is older but the room is very modern but quirky in a favorable way. There was no breakfast available in the hotel, closest place as a couple of blocks away. You are in walking distance to everything in old town but it is all up hill. I am older (60 and a little heavy) and I was able to walk to the top of the fort so most reasonably fit adults can walk any where in under 30 minutes from the hotel. I did not go downtown so cannot comment on that. The staff were amazing at the hotel friendly and quick to speak English as soon as they know you do not speak French. I found everywhere I went the people were friendly and quick to speak English as soon as they knew your preference. I highly recommend the property to stay in old Quebec City
The restaurant in the hotel was closed Monday to Wednesday. One night I made the mistake of standing to close to the door of the restaurant near closing time and the staff rushed to lock the door. I ate at 2 Quebec style restaurants and I would say these were the 2 worst meals I had, both were poorly cooked. All other restaurants were great, stick to the non themed restaurants would be my recommendations. There were so many, I am sorry I did not get to try them all.

Front desk staff (Evan???) was exceptionally helpful.
We booked a room and a few days later when Booking.com e-mailed us to say we could upgrade to a larger room with a big tub, we agreed and received confirmation of our upgrade. However when we got to the hotel, that room wasn't available. We were very disappointed. Lack of communication between hotel and Booking.com????

Rooms were very clean, staff was super professional and helpful. And the location is really excellent.
A little bit more pricey, it could be cheaper.

the restaurant adjacent was very nice to have. good location to waterfront.
it was a little basic. No maid service during the day and no conditioner in the shower. towels were small and perhaps a little old.

Location is good and not far from all the action. There is parking across the street which is very convenient and just a short walk up the hill and you are in the heart of old Quebec!
No complaints!

Cleanliness = excellent 👌. Front Desk officers were very nice and friendly also helpfull . They did a good job in hospitality style. Bed & pillows were fine.
The TV remote is too complicated. And TV didn't work. However I was just too lazy to report it. Since watching TV wasn't my priority.

The hotel was modern and had a restaurant downstairs. There was a gas station next door. Easy walkable location.
There was no house cleaning. Maybe it’s because we stayed for two nights … there was no microwave to use. The other hotel we stayed at had a microwave which was convenient to heat up our left over.
