Too expensive for how run down the place is.

Great location

The lobby and desk were neat and tidy. The elevators were slow and no paperwork inside as to certification or inspections. Each time I used it I hoped it wouldn’t get stuck. The first impression of the room was fine but then it was noticeable that the room needed some upgrades. There is a huge rip /fold running the length of the room in the carpet, burn holes on the desk chair, the bathroom faucet was loose and dripped,,the shower head barely allowed water through as it so old and covered with lime.

For a larger family the room was good size, breakfast was great, make sure you put do not disturb sign in the door

The kids liked the pool the room was perfect size for a family of 5

There was lip marks all over the windows, the house keeper walked in to are room at 8am, and they would only give me one extra towel for a family of 5.

First day pool was overflowing and a bit cool - better the second day

noisy and dirty

we usually stay here, the location is 20 minutes away from everything. normally clean

mold in the washroom, no pressure in the shower, there were people Running up and down the hallways after 11 on the 4th floor, the front end staff reeked of BO, the pool was ice cold and slide isn’t being upkept.

easy to get too

very old in need of some upgrades. carpet in room 202 was old and buckled, the tub did not look clean enough for me to use, sheets were quite starchy feeling, could not get room warm enough and windows were sweating causing moisture and mold. My nephew came to visit ask the front desk to call room 202 to see if I was in and they gave him a key to my room which he gave back to them!

The bed was so so cozy and the pillows were a dream.

There was hair in the bed and a huge hair clump on the shower curtain so a deeper inspection would be nice. The elevator was super gross and smelled terrible. Could use a good carpet clean and scrub down.

Clean, nice, good stay!

The room was very spacious! We were surprised to find it had a microwave, which was great. The bed was big and super comfortable. I can say this was the best sleep I've had in a very long time. I didn't want to get out of the bed!

There was a surprise $50.00 hold charged to my card uponcheck in, which was unexpected and drained most of the money I'd saved for eating out that night. The money was given back in the morning, but I wish I'd been informed prior to arriving so that could plan accordingly and save extra for that.

Value for money..but..

Beds comfortable. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast.

Furniture items quite short. Arm chair had no side table or ottoman for stuff and was far from bed so not useful. We could hear through the walls water pipes flush from other rooms, so kinda annoying. Carpets need more cleaning or replaced(?), but its kinda getting what you pay for, i guess..
