Hotel was clean and a good value.
The housekeeping entered and started cleaning before check-out time. I asked them to leave so I could shower but thought it was super weird since I technically paid for the room until 11 am.

O quarto é razoável, limpo, as camas confortáveis e tem bia fora do banheiro, que dá privacidade para usar o banheiro.
O café da manhã é razoável, mas não tem fruta e iogurte diariamente, na verdade faltou na maioria dos dias. Mas tem bom café e compramos nossas frutas e iogurte no mercado.

My room had bedbugs! I had my boards on Saturday in SD, so we booked the room for Friday night. I couldn’t sleep all night thinking there are mosquitos in the room. I couldn’t take it anymore and woke up 3am to check the room. There were two fat bedbugs on my bed! They offered us another room and guess what, that room also had bedbugs. I slept in my car the rest of the night, went to my board exam sleep deprived and itching like a crazy person.
Please check your room to save yourself time, money and discomfort!

Nice and hot. Plenty of food. Fresh, very tasty.
Elevator broke down. Could not call front desk from room phone or my cell phone. No one answered phone from my first date check in til my check out date. 3/27-29-2024.

I love this location! Free parking AND breakfast!!! You can’t beat that for the price. Plus the rooms always were very clean and felt clean!

The pillows are so so so flat. There is pretty much zero purpose for them. If the pillows get switched out occasionally, it would be fantastic.
The parking is free so I don’t want to complain about it, but it can be a tight squeeze in there in the evenings!
It’s dog friendly which is amazing, but the room next to ours had a dog that would NOT stop barking. We are dog lovers so it didn’t bother us much, but I could see how people would be upset at waking up to a dog barking constantly at 7 am…

Hotel did not disappoint. Clean, price was fair, breakfast included. It was nothing fancy, but traveling I did not expect to be there all day... just to sleep, so I didn't need fancy.. Room comfortable and clean. Hotel in a good area, close to everything. Breakfast decent. Not once complaint.
My room was by the stairs. So I heard everyone going up for breakfast. Maybe post a sign .... ssshhh... others may still be sleeping?

Bed sheets we stained and dirty.. cockroach in shower. Bathroom had nasty plumbing smell. When I took a shower late at night, shower head blew off and hit me in the chest and couldn't take shower at all.. worst hotel experience I have had.. most expensive for the experience ever

The hotel room and entire place was very clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean and the housekeepers did a good job of consistently changing our bedding and bathroom supplies. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of food to choose from. The location is in a great area.

the property was close to where I needed to be for work, there was a bed and breakfast was decent. the bathroom was a nice size.
first off, the parking at the hotel is awful- small spaces and difficult to manage. the rooms are very small, barely enough room to get around the bed. while the bathroom was good, there was no shampoo or wash in the shower holders provided.

How unique and ABSOLUTLEY BUEATIFUL the view was from our room, you could see from the beach almost up to the college area, we were in building 6, room 650 and let me tell you, I've never seen a view such as that anywhere in San Diego! And the architecture of the buildings and how they were built like a puzzle you put together, each piece having its own unique edges and form, I've NEVER seen anything like that in Dago! Worth every dime and dollar spent! Thank you!

The breakfast was decent and thankful for the food the hotel provided.
Very large Cock roaches in the room lots of crumbs and debris underneath the beds. The staff was willing to discount or refund our stay however we had our elderly father in another room close proximity to us and they would only compensate us for our room making it frustrating that we could not leave my father in the hotel without us being onsite to help him and they only gave a 25% on the first night but even though we caught and killed the bug the second night, ridiculous! The worst 900 dollar our family spent ever on 2 hotel rooms for a weekend. Never again will we stay at this hotel or any SureStay Best Western hotel.

Staff was absolutely nice! We asked for new towels on our second day and they immediately handed them out.
Location is near the hwy. We could here loud music and the walking noises from the room above us. There were kids screaming in the middle of the night.

The location was great, next to the road with easy access. The breakfast was ok, typical with the price. The room was Ok with TV and table for eating/relaxing.
The parking lot is small, come in late at night, there might be issue of parking. The elevator is slow, staying on the 3rd floor will be an issue with family. The room is quite small for a family of 4 to travel in. Staying only 1-2 nights are ok but longer may present some space issue.

The room has smells, one window facing corridor and for security reason it can only opened for a very limit space. Quite dark inside the room the air-conditioning is lound. Especially very noisy from upstairs everyday, sounds like water pipe

No service for stay overs. It would be nice for a refresh daily.
