L'emplacement et l'acceuil

Espace exiguë, sans aucun équipement (couverts ou un minimum de vaiselle). Peu propre et malodorant. Salle de bain désagréable (cabine de douche trop petite et inconfortable). Rapport qualité prix médiocre.

Not a great place for price paid

Location is very near by and convenient

Very small room and smells like old house not useful from long time. No ventilation and air flow. Height of room is very low, I am not able to stand in half of the room. Shower room is very tiny

La chambre était vraiment petite et il faudra prévenir que le plafond n'est vraiment pas haut, je ne pouvais pas me mettre debout entièrement et je me suis cogné à pleins d'endroits. Je me sentais oppressé dans cette chambre, c'est vraiment cher pour ce que c'est.

L’air climatisé est très silencieuse. Le personnel très agréable, on nous a même donné un surclassement chambre très propre.

L’éclairage à l’intérieur de la chambre est faible. Très sombre .

Great place to stay at!

Amazing location, clean, and spacious. Parking was provided for each room.

Reception was not very friendly (we spoke both English and Quebec French).

Our stay was fantastic and it exceeded our expectations! Exceptional service!!

The location was excellent and proximity to the ferries was excellent and very accessible. The scenery was excellent and very beautiful and clean.

Perhaps a guide or someone to explain the history of the development of the site and its facilities.

Lovely time. Friendly people. Nice location.

Value for cost. Restaurant below. People spoke French and English.

Would have like breakfast options - like bagels, eggs, etc., or a la carte items that we could bring up to the room in the mornings. There wasn't a lot in town for quick breakfast options.

Excellent location. parking next to our rental. We had a large room with the biggest bed I have ever seen! it was like a little apartment. A minutes walk to the bay. excellent.

Very poor

One wall light bulb was loose from the lamp base. My husband stood up on a chair fixed it; bathroom door knob fallen off on the floor when I tried to open the bathroom door; every time people living above me walks in the room , my room ceiling makes cracking sound; the water pipes sound very loud; reception lady refused to speak English to me.

Location is good. Shower had good pressure.

Room 9 felt like we were in a basement stock room. Concrete floor and industrial lighting on roughly finished ceiling. Bathroom was good. Strange to have a crockpot in the room but no dishes, just disposable coffee cups.

The location is ok, as it’s for all hotels in Tadoussac - it’s such a tiny village.

The room is tiny, there’s no space to put one’s luggage, one can barely move around the bed. The window in our room was inexistent - tiny and overlooking a wall. there’s no wardrobe, no hangers, no place to put anything. The bathroom was full of hair on the bath or the sink. No hangers for the towels either… The bathroom is shabby. The building is not well isolated - one can hear everything! and there’s a busy terrasse and a restaurant pretty noisy till late. each time a person walks in the hall you feel like they are entering your room - so forget getting good rest. We had a room for two and stayed two nights. There’s one coffee capsule! No cleaning in spite of the clean up sign. The reception was barely polite and the only thing they were interested in was getting the payment - no services proposed or needs asked. All of this for a upper segment pricing. I don’t know if other options in Tadoussac are better, but this hotel is definitely to avoid.

Excellent location, right on the village main street, near the main attractions and facilities. Restaurant on ground floor offers excellent gourmet choices, very well prepared.

The room was nice , the position of the hotel was good

My room was at third floor and l had very heavy luggage. I am 65 Years old. No elevator, the staff was rude and nobody helped me . ☹️. The room was at the third room and the bathroom was at second , with narrow stairs . Up and down , up and down, up and down ......☹️

Superb restaurant, however, the lodging left a lot to be desired.

The location and staff were superb. The restaurant food and service were outstanding. The sheets were clean. Parking was close to the little historic House we stayed in down the street.

The room was way too small. BED CRAMMED IN A CORNER! The washroom was also too small for the cost of the lodging. A window could not be opened because it was broken and had a sign attached. COFFEE MACHINE DID NOT WORK.

Covenient hotel, well placed to walk down to the harbour and Tadoussac Bay.

We had a room upstairs that gave onto the terrasse, a nice place to sit outside when sunny. The room isn't huge but it was okay. We ate in the restaurant downstairs in the evening and that was very convenient. Next door there is a small supermarket which is very handy and the walk down to the bay of Tadoussac is just opposite the hotel and takes just 5 minutes which is good to know if you have booked a boat trip.

The breakfast was disappointing. We had to pay a supplement for breakfast and were told we couldn't eat it in the restaurant downstairs(??) Apparently on the restaurant terrace was fine but as it was raining it wasn't an option. Breakfast was given to us in a takeaway carton and was rather disappointing for the price. The second day we had breakfast at the Abri cotier café nearby which was cheaper and much nicer.
