dissapointed

Booked non smoke room but it smells sigaretts very much in the room. There is ashtray at the balkony. No personal kontakt while I stayed there. I asked later if they can explain why it smells sigaretts in non smoke room?! They just said that it is impossible and do not said even sorry. It is very expensive room if the ower has no kontol and is not polite. I can not rekommend to book it.

Good

Most of all the very accommodating attitude of the lady as we changed our original request on the spot. Although the balcony did not face the sea, it was a real experience to watch the traffic on the biggest intersection in the center.

The small TV without wifi did not allow the children to be interested when the parents needed to rest for a while. My wife was always bothered by something, but I forgot what because I didn't. In any case, she made me mention it here.

Lovely stay in a clean and nice studio room.

We had a lovely stay at Sunny Sands Studios. Everything was good. Communication through Booking.com by messages, she replies fast and provides all the info we needed, and wrote very good English which is not always so self-evident in Bulgaria. We picked up the keys at the small shop behind the corner. The apartment was spotless and there was everything we needed for our short stay. Walking distance from Burgas Airport and near the beach. We can highly recommend this place.

If you come with your own car it can be a little bit difficult to find a parking place, but you usually can find one pretty near from the streets. This is the only negative thing I can come up to.

It's close to airport but it's quiet. It's close to seaside. To Burgas it's 8min with car. There is market downstairs, bakery and restaurant. The room was big enough for 2 people. It had microwave, 2 electronic stove burners, electric kettle. The bed big, rather hard mattres. Everything is clean and fresh. The owner very nice amd helpful, respond quickly for messages.

Shower curtain was to small, so water was splashing the bathroom.

The apartment is located in a beautiful building in the center of the district. 400m to the sea along the street with shops and restaurants for any price and taste. Nearby is a bakery with delicious pastries. at the apartment are everything you need.

Light, airy, convenient for everything and value for money.

Within easy walking distance from the airport and only a short walk from the beach. A good, friendly and well stocked supermarket just next door. The studio itself basic but clean, light and airy plus a small balcony and airer for drying essential washing. Good value. The owners and cleaner were friendly and helpful.

The mattress although comfortable was sagging in places and had noisy springs however, it was clean and just needs upgrading.

3 nights in Burgas

The Host a nice person, the place is quite nice and at the surrounded by good restaurants and you can take the bus in front of the apartment to the City center. (make sure to have cash)

Wifi mostly did not work, air-conditioning is very loud and doesn't really make the room Hot. as per my experience in may the apartment was cold at that time and the air-conditioning did not help at all.

Really liked staying here. Will definitely book this apartment in the summer.

Top price, very nice host who speaks Bulgarian, English, and Russian. The location is great - I can see sea from the apartment and it takes around 3-5 mins to get to the beach.

No sound proof - I could hear when neighbour got back late at night.

It was a nice place for one night, but I wouldn't spend my holidays there.

Nice big studio (for the price you pay) with everything you need . It was good to have a kitchen, a sofa to watch telly, a separate table to eat and a terrace to take some fresh air.

The communication between host and guest could be better. I only found the key for the accommodation when I asked for some general info in the night shop. By coincidence the key was there as well, but this was not communicated. It's nice to have a small kitchen where you can cook your own stuff, but the kitchenware really needs to be updated and expanded. They talk about sea sight, but you need really a lot of creativity if you want to see it. In front of the balcony there is a big construction site and no sea at all. Also the parking space on the street (I couldn't book a parking as announced in the description) as advertised is hard to find. I parked my car at a hotel next door (which will not be allowed in high season). so there is lots of improvement that can be done to this apartment.

Apartment in good lication but host needs to take personal control or find somein. Needs refreshing

Location. Balcony. Had lift.

Complex telephone instructions regarding keys and parking. Never met host. Forgot to provide towels. Had to wait until Day2. Unacceptable. Bed sheets too small for bed. Covers need replacing. No bedside lights. No toaster or microwave. Apartment needs refreshing.

Our stay at Sunny Sands was just so perfect , I will recommend them to anyone visiting Sarafovo. Its location it's so ideal its closed to all amenities shops, restaurants, pharmacy and even bus 15 from the airport it's opposite the apartment
