The start was pleasant and accommodating
Slow elevator.. lol

Clean and quiet and in a good location.
Paying $20 for what is considered a continental breakfast at other hotels. And the lady that cleaned my room didn’t speak English. So I had to use my translator app to communicate with her.

Size of room and bathroom
some parts of the room were nicely updated
Furniture was old and dirty, shower needed updating
Staff was polite but not inviting, told them of issues in room upon checkout, it was obvious she didn't care

I liked the pool. I loved my bed. I loved breakfast. The staff were super nice. The place was beautiful. The price was very low for how nice of a place it was. Room was huge.
I did not like how gard it was to set up the pullout

Friendly staff
Bathroom shower was not clean. Mold and mildew around the door frame and between the tiles on walls. Obvious the shower had not been cleaned for weeks.
Too cold in hotel room at night. After increasing room temp, it would get cold middle of the night. In the day when turning down the ac, the bedrooms would cool down but not the living room area of the suite. Stark temp difference between both rooms.
Room service comes every fourth day so if you’re staying for 2-3 nights you need to call for restock. This is inconvenient when there are 4-5 people in a large multi bed suite as trash piles up and other items would need restocking. Trash cans are small and narrow with 1.5 inch opening. Can barely fit one takeout container.
After 10pm a room key is needed to use the elevators. No signs on how to use key, resulting in groups of guests waiting for lobby elevators for 5-10 mins for other guests to come down in the elevator so they can go up.

Big rooms. Nice pool and hot tub.
Pool was cold and cloudy.

Good comfy place
Rooms need a little upgrade

Large rooms, however dated. Comfortable beds, decent bathrooms.
Skeleton crew, half of which had no clue what they were doing and didn't really care. Broken heat and had to switch rooms. The engineer said they knew about the problem and booked me into the room anyway. When attempting to extend my stay, and being a Hilton Honors member, the hotel staff seemed far more annoyed than accommodating.

the heat didnt work at all only blew cold air, turned it off to keep room as warm as possible, notified staff at checkout, paying for parking was unexpected, considering the location,

I love the fact that it was close to everywhere I needed to go this weekend. the staff were AMAZING and super accommodating!
it was pretty cold throughout the building but maintenance came as soon as I called.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. Liked the convenience of a breakfast buffet with some hot items. Since the pandemic not all hotels have gone back to including breakfast.
There was a little confusion at check in. I had booked 2 rooms under my name and added the relative's name I was traveling with who would be in the 2nd room. When I first checked in, they only gave a key for 1 room and said the 2nd room wasn't displayed. I had all my confirmation paperwork and I was paying for both rooms (treating my family member). I had to wait for the manager to call Booking.com to figure it out. My relative had to officially check in with her ID. I'm glad she was with me. It all turned out fine in the end.

I loved the location because I was seeing a play a Drury Lane.

i like the location and the rooms are spacious. it’s a very pretty hotel when you walk in.
The rooms are starting to look run down with old dirty carpet and patched up wallpaper in the bathrooms. The pool was way too cold to swim and that’s the reason we booked a stay for our son’s 5th birthday, he was begging to stay at a hotel and go swimming.
The heat in our room wasn’t working and it was freezing so they sent maintenance up and the heat warmed up for a few minutes and then started blowing cold air again. They moved us to a new room directly under that room. it was missing the table and a recliner chair that were both in the first room, so we didn’t have a table to eat our food at. It felt a bit warmer until the middle of the night when it was blowing cold air again and we were all freezing. I tried to talk to the front desk about it and she literally dismissed me saying oh sorry about that awww your kids are so cute and refused to offer me a solution for the issue. I’m actually really irritated about the way it was handled, or rather not handled by the staff.

Location was convenient - right next to Drury Lane Theater. The check-out staff were friendlier than the check-in staff, and the cleaning staff were friendly when we saw them in the hall. The beds were fairly comfortable.
Rooms were not as clean as they should have been: there were brown stains on multiple pillows and other stains on two towels, there was dirt and other unknown substances on the doors and walls, there was someone else's candy on the floor, and the coffee machine in the room was full of residue that came out when I made hot water for tea. There were holes in the sheets. The staff at the desk were not very friendly when we checked in but they were also noticeably understaffed--one gentleman was having to field multiple phone calls and check in multiple guests simultaneously. It should have been more obvious that the hotel charges for parking, though they do explain that in the fine print. Before checking in, we received an email saying that the hotel was requiring all guests and staff to wear face masks in public areas of the facility, but in reality, when we arrived, my family seemed to be the only one wearing masks, which was incredibly disappointing given the current status of covid/flu/RSV season, and it led us to believe that the hotel was not taking safety/health as seriously in practice as they had claimed in writing. We had to find breakfast elsewhere because it was too expensive here. The "convenience shop" in the lobby was missing some important items. Overall the biggest disappointments were the lack of cleanliness and the lack of covid/flu/RSV prevention practices.
