Practically perfect in every way

Attractive spaces and welcoming staff . Delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks. Decor in shared spaces is bright and inviting.

The jacuzzi tub in room 7 wasn’t fully functional.

We can hear the footsteps at 5:00a from the ground floor. I believe it was the staff preparing breakfast.

Exceptional

We spent six nights at Channel Road Inn with our small family. Location is awesome as the beach is just few blocks away, the neighbourhood is quiet and Santa Monica downtown is in walking distance. Breakfast was great and varying every morning. Best part of the stay was the STAFF, everyone was really really helpful and friendly.

The facility was extremely clean and followed all COVID protocols ensuring our safety amongst our stay. The bed was so comfortable and I enjoyed breakfast each morning.

Charming Inn, great location, friendly attentive staff

Great location just steps to Santa Monica beach and about a 30 min walk to the Santa Monica Pier. Charming property with lovely staff. You won't be disappointed.

Although adequate for a two night stay the bed was probably the least comfortable of the 4 properties we stayed at during a 10 night visit to California.

Bathtub is too tall to step in, when one has knee problems. Handles would have been nice to help.

Convenient to Santa Monica

The location was great, it was a cute little inn. They provided a nice snack bag in lieu of a wine and cheese.

The other two couples we stayed with were happy with their beds but ours was rock hard and uncomfortable. If they change that, I would be quite happy to stay there again.

A wonderful getaway. View of the ocean & sunset from our balcony.

Relaxing and low key. Very good breakfast and evening wine & cheese picnic. On site parking included - really appreciated. Staff was delightful. Close to the beach so easy to make it there for the sunset.

Excellent location , very hospitable staff , lovely breakfast and afternoon wine on offer to guests

I felt the rooms could be warmer . There was no way to regulate heat and we happen to be visiting at a very stormy time . Even to have individual extra heaters would be very much appreciated. for the next visit .
