3rd year in a row here; love the courtyard! It’s right by the beach, Sage pub and walking distance to coffee!

Exactly what we were looking for!

The location was perfect and how the set up still ideal especially if you have kids. It was honestly perfect. We’d 100% stay here again!

There’s nothing to dislike.

Don't stay here in June if you want to walk to a restaurant!

Convenient by car and close to the beach.

For the rate it was a very small room, and did not have good quality towels, no Kleenex etc.

honestly great family hotel .. it has everything you need and would want .

after reading a lot of reviews before checking in I was very sceptical and concerned. once we arrived at the hotel I was ready to turn around but that was before I checked in . once we entered our room we were very surprised . it shot way past what we anticipated . it was obviously renovated at some point recently as our fridge and oven and such was brand new . it was clean and the beds are comfy . the courtyard was perfect to eat and hang out but also to use the pool . big enough kitchen to cook food ..We loved having breakfast outside in the courtyard for sure .

the toilet was obviously not actually attached to the ground and our room seemed to have an ant problem so note to self .. Don’t leave crumbs anywhere also the bed had very thin sheets but the hotel did offer more blankets and such so it wasn’t too bad after all .

Location is good. Parking is right next to the door.

When we arrived to check in the front door to the office was locked. There was a sticky note with 2 numbers to call, called the first one. Was told he was off shift, had to call the owner. Waited outside for 5 minutes for the owner to show up. Finally got in to our room and it was absolutely freezing, the heat was turned completely off. The rooms are nicely updated so that was nice however the bed was very uncomfortable. Was tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable.

It was quiet with easy access. Staff were very helpful. Room was perfect for my needs.. location was great.

A petty thing but the bed, while comfortable, was difficult to get into for an older person. I am average height and when I sat on the bed my feet didn't touch the floor. That made it awkward to get into. That would be my only complaint.

The newly renovated room, have stayed here several years ago and was dated, glad they are renovating. Parking was easy for a small trailer and car,

Wouldn't stay more than 1 night

Hotel was fine for a one night stay.

We don't like sleeping in a bed that has a bedspread as you have no idea when it was last cleaned. A duvet and a clean cover would be much nicer. The bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows are all lumpy.

we went down for a wedding and the outdoor common area was fantastic for visiting.

the rooms were clean and spacious, the courtyard pool area was excellent to sit and visit and enjoy the sun!

with a coffee maker in the room and no coffee cups in the kitchen to pour your coffee in was a bit of a disappointment, no paper cups any where to use. no house keeping was provided so we did not get coffee for the second night stay.
