Would stay here again, 50min drive into Jasper with spectacular views along the way.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent, plenty of parking, rooms clean.

Good for 1 stay night

Location on our way to Jasper National park, breakfast simple but with all the basics including fresh pancakes ! Room very large and clean with microwave and fridge

Close to noisy road you need to get up early, location needs renovation (floors especially) for one night it is ok but gives feeling of weak cleanliness

It was comfortable and worth your money good for larger families. Enjoyed our stay!!

Breakfast was amazing, the staff was filling up food very fast, there were no wait times considering the amount of people there were. The location was great, the rooms were big and staff was helpful.

The room we were in started leaking due to heavy rain, but the staff moved us right away to another room and even helped move. The pool is small for adults and even older children.

Excellent place and value for money

Helpful staff, all amenities. Was able to cook as well due to dietary restrictions. Kids enjoyed the slide in pool and good breakfast. Would stay again

the $$ I paid for 2 suites was a rip off, reception did not offer any discount

my suite was a good size, check in was good,

my suite needs a upgrade, rug was stained and ripped, jacuzzi didn't work, bathroom tiles falling off my family stayed in a kitchen suite- entrance door was damaged like someone kicked it, description on website isn't what they rec'd

put pictures of your motel building too so customers should not get disappointed

The only thing I like was front desk customer service

This facility has two building one main hotel building which is shown in pictures and the second is cross the street which is a motel like building. I did not know this fact until I arrived at hotel site. To my utter disappointment I was given rooms in motel building. It was late evening and raining & I had family and no choice to accept it. I reserved two rooms and both rooms were on opposite side of building to each other it was completely un comfortable to put half of my family members on opposite side of motel building. I did not feel safe. The room furniture and setting was fine but there was smoke all over and I noticed weeds smell in the night from next rooms. Had they mentioned about the fact that this facility has two separate buildings and I would be staying in a motel building then I would have been fine. It is dishonest to hide this fact from your customers. I paid a high amount for hotel rooms not for a motel. The only thing I like about this facility is front desk customer service they were cordial & helpful. To hotel management you should put pictures of your motel building too so customers should not get disappointed.

Great stay!

Staff were very friendly, cookies when you check in is a nice touch. Nice size room, clean, beds were very comfortable, nice little kitchen and great breakfast.

Everything was great, only complaint would be breakfast area was too hot.

When it was working the hot tub was nice as well as it has a pretty good waterside. Room size was well above average.

Continental breakfast was lack luster. Pancakes tasted like plastic, coffee was other really old or just really bad, and the food that was in the steam table tasted recycled from day to day. The swimming pool was only 3 ft deep, thought it might have had a deep end. These were the 2 main reasons for picking this hotel and was left disappointed.

swimming pool was only one metre deep. Not suitable for older children, hot tub was small only holding about 5 people
