Poco agradable
La ubicación perfecta.
La habitación estava sucia, amplia pero no lo suficiente limpia. El personal de recepción bastante antipatico y no se le entendia correctamente bien su inglés.

Our stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We booked our flights in March for a September trip and I had been
The hotel was clean. The staff were very nice and professional. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s a 2 block walk to Canal and Bourbon Streets. Public transportation; including the street cars will take you to the places you don’t want to walk to. There’s plenty of restaurants and stores in the area; including CVS and Walgreens. The building was quiet and relaxing. The outside noise was not an issue. There is valet parking with in and out privileges for those with vehicles. The building felt safe seeing as though you need your room keycard to access the hotel after 11pm and your keycard is required at all times to access the elevators. The complimentary hot breakfast was also a plus and there’s different things to choose from every day. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can ask the front desk for anything you may need in between. Check in was also easy. We arrived a few hours early and were able to check in early because our room was ready. That was appreciated because we were able to relax and settle in before going back out after an early morning of traveling to New Orleans.

Great time at Essence Fest
The staff was very nice! The breakfast was amazing. Normally the free breakfast is blah and you still eat it. This breakfast had me and my husband up before 7 to make sure we got the grits! I really enjoyed this hotel and our trip to Essence Fest. The valet parking was very efficient. The room made us want to stay and enjoy longer than intended.
I didn't like there were no carts when we checked out early, but I understand the hotel staff don't control guest not being courteous and returning the carts after they use them. So make sure not to overpack like me lol.

Overall everything was perfect minus the microwave.
Location was the best! I have to also rave about the breakfast. It was nice to have a variety. Everyday was a different breakfast options.
Our microwave did not work. We had someone came to take a look at it. They were fast to assist us. It was unplugged so we thought that fixed the problem. After he left we went to heat up our leftovers. The start button did not work. So we ate cold leftovers.

We were disappointed with this hotel for the amount of money we paid. We will never stay here again.
The breakfast was not very good and the sheets on my bed were dirty. There was a food stain on them. Our fridge did not cool very well so I was afraid to eat the leftovers we put in there.
