I SHOULD BE REFUNDED FOR WIFI THAT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY

Rooms are clean and modern

The Wi-fi does not work. I was even moved to a second room this week as I am in the Hotel again. THE HOTEL CAN NOT ADVERTISE WIFI WHEN THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS..... I AM PAYING FOR WIFI THAT DOES NOT WORK

Superb

I love that there is a pool and fitness.

I wish the restaurant was open or at least a continental breakfast or a kitchenette. An elevator would've been nice for the 2nd floor. Carrying luggage up the stairs isn't too bad though. It will just be more convenient. Otherwise everything was great 👍

Overall a good stay for good value

We Absolutely loved the evening staff they were exceptionally kind and courteous and deserve an A+++

Disappointed that the hotels bar and restaurant were Closed !

in town,comfy rooms.

I stay here more then once and each time the back alley is noisy with young lings hanging out. no breaky while they have the capacity.use to be a good restaurant but it’s not in use.

Will look at other hotels next time

My tv did not work which the hotel could not fix. I found a hard boiled egg in my microwave which left the microwave with a terrible smell. The front desk girl was on her phone every time I passed the front office and seemed bothered when I asked for tv assistance.

fellow I checked in with kind and pleasant, early check in was great.

broke out in rash after bath,asked lady what cleaning products they used she said she didn’t know and continued watching something on her computer, completely disregarded my question didn’t say she would look into it. I had pictures of my legs she didn’t seem to care.

I have extremely short hair. Two days into my stay I found a long dark hair in my toothbrush, as I was brushing my teeth. Disgusting.

maid did not clean rooms they got rid of breakfast they got rid of all vending machines drug addict location staff were loud and smoking in the lobby

Needs improvement in Port Alberni

Adequate accommodation fairly close to where we needed to be. Good variety of pillows provided. Staff were friendly.

Neither the pool, hot tub nor restaurant were functional and even the vending machine was broken. Yet, no discount was provided. Mattress was too soft for my liking. Upkeep of the premises is sorely needed. Chair covering was peeling apart.

Not much at all.

No breakfast - but still got charged. Rooms smelt of cigarette smoke depot being non smoking. Air conditioning didn't work affectively. Property was very dated. Checkout was a nightmare. It took about an hour.

It was pet friendly and had availability.

My request for a pet friendly room, close to the main entrance was fulfilled. The air conditioner is an essential in Port Alberni. Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating.

Wi-Fi was essentially non-existant. Weak signal & constantly getting booted off-line. Property seems to be quite neglected. Restaurant & pool closed. Grounds/landscaping could use some work.
