Very good

Basic, simple hotel. Clean, fairly comfortable, smooth check in / check out

Great expect for female manager I will be letting social media know how rude she is a

Breakfast cleaning staff room.

The manager is appalling horrible extremely rude and ignorant horrible with customers we are frequent guests here and are great guests never had any issues anytime but manager specifically has been beyond rude threatened us accused us wrongly was and has been beyond rude and opinionated looked down her nose made assumptions talk down to us made us feel embarrassed uncomfortable very displeased and for employees giving us wrong information and allowing normal regulations to happen she makes up her out rules and regulations regarding hotel. Extremely upset with manager I will be cont head office regarding her specifically

Price was good, but i wouldn't stay here again.

Breakfast was good, really nice selection and variety

No freezer in room. The jacuzzi and gym were out of order. Asked for feather-free and got feathers. Broken curtains, dirty carpets and floor. Only got 3 towels for 4ppl. Ice machine unavailable.

#125 King Room is big and clean

The room was clean. Front desk staff were great to deal with.

Parking is tight. Room key would not grant me access to perimeter door at back of hotel. No restaurant or lounge in hotel or close by.

Brenda was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice feature to have.

Don't pay for breakfast on the app

Everything was fine.

I was late 10 minutes for breakfast, wasn't told the times upon checking in. The lady didn't allow me and my children to get juice or coffee even just 10 minutes late. Very disappointed I even paid extra on the app to get breakfast included.

Breakfast was good,room was large .

Room was so hot when we arrived.Had air conditioning on all the time and it was noisy.Some one above us was very noisy in the middle of the night.Thumping noise.

Disappointed

Breakfast varied from poor to not very good.how can you screw up hard boiled eggs?

Furniture and facility generally rundown. TV remote not working. Fridge minimally colder than room temperature. Exercise bike not working.

When we walked in the room was stifling hot and music was playing on the T.V. we later found a used condom in the recylcing bin.

It was awesome just the mis information

Breakfast is awesome and hot. Maybe ypu should have a pool.

They sent us an email that my request is granted but when we checked in were in different floors and not close to each other rooms.

The breakfast was empty when we went in.

The girl qt the desk was horrible. She took my card and threw the key at us and left. She said nothing about a 250 damage deposit for 2 sixty year Olds. Ridiculous!!! Not happy about this and would never stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at your motel.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The room was very clean. The person at the desk kindly helped me with signing up to earn points and gave us ideas of what to see in Cold Lake. The hotel was easy to find.

The girl at the desk could have been more friendly (didn't reply when greeted in the morning). We were disappointed that we did not see a Gideon Bible placed in the room.

cleanliness was just okay, bare minimum. very noticeable that the painters painted around the television and did not move it to paint the whole alls. Makes us wonder what other short cuts are take. with room maintenance/cleaning.

Hotel is close to highway so trucks and motorcycles make for a noisy sleep

Good breakfast and did enjoy

Bathroom door wouldn't open properly. Coffee machine in the room didn't work and it may have been the inch of dust on top.

wrong room

super nice hotel.

they gave us the wrong room. book a room with a kitchen in it and they gave us one without and a tub instead. we needed the kitchen for a weekend stay for mud fest and instead we had to eat out and cost us far more money. super dissatisfied that we didn’t get the room we booked and no discount for it.

pleased vistor

I liked that my dog were allowed to be there and 25 per pet the whole time was nice. It was quiet and nice view of the campground.

The bed were a little uncomfortable. The breakfeast was good but not much varitey.

Good sized room and decent free breakfast.

Front desk was not able to provide receipt for the stay upon check in or check out when requested, and they said a receipt would be sent to my email, but no email receipt ever came.
