Staff is great but No hot water in shower early in the morning ! Indoor pool also, not heated, system down & No shuttle bus to the outlets on Sunday 5/5/24 (No driver).

As camas são muito confortáveis, e o banheiro bem bonito(com shampoo e condicionador muito bons). O café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso. O staff do hotel é super atencioso, todos sempre muito prestativos e dispostos a ajudar. O serviço de van do hotel também é ótimo.

The staff are lovely and they have updated the rooms, the swimming pool is useful but for the last 10th ats I have been going there the Jacuzzi has never worked

We paid an extra $900 to stay at this property rather than a hotel in walking distance of Woodbury commons, the reason for this was the free shuttle bus and pool, this was a mistake as the shuttle bus had limited times and on one day not at all, this meant is paying out about $50 dollars extra a day and trying to get an Uber was a nightmare, even when shuttle bus was working you could wait up to half an hour for collection which is fine but times not communicated and in the heat with shade was a nightmare

Everything was good at this simple hotel which exceeded our expectation in terms of the breakfast selection. Besides the waffle machine, they even had hot dishes like scrambled eggs, omelette, etc on rotating menu basis. And the hotel provides coffee & hot drinking water for tea at all times at the recep area which was much appreciated by guests.

I always try to leave good feedback for businesses to improve on (if they want to). One observation I made was how hotels after the pandemic tend to save costs on things like providing floppies which to me is so basic and such a necessity than it's penny wise pound foolish not to do so.

I recommend. We will rent a room at this renovated hotel every time we visit Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Everything is new, clean. nice to rest. The breakfasts are not bad. Service is top notch. We love the two pools. One of our hot children loves to bathe in it. The second one is cooler. If you enter it first, then it's fine.

It was clean and modern

We arrived to the hotel at 3.45pm and only one of the 3 rooms was ready. The other 2 rooms were only assigned to us by 6pm. When I asked the staff about it, they said that this is just the way the hotel works, that they don’t know when the guests will leave, so they cannot guarantee that they will have the rooms by 3pm. Also I have reserved 3 rooms with double bed. None of the rooms given to us had 2 beds.
