Vi stannade 3 dagar på hotellet och njöt av poolområdet, innan vi drog vidare.

Fantastiskt poolområde, speciellt för barnfamiljer. Vi köpte till frukost. Trevlig frukost och möjlighet att sitta ute och äta.

Rummen är gamla och aningen slitna, skulle behöva en uppdatering.

Great vacation spot

I love the pools area and how onsite they had so much stuff to do there on the property

It wasn’t made clear from the beginning of checking in that you needed your keycard to get out of the self parking garage

One of my favorite hotels in Orlando.

Kids love the pool area, its big enough that even on a busy day you don't feel cramped. I love that the slide gave my son the option to wear a life vest due to his height instead of just turning him away like some places. The hotel and outdoor areas are all beautiful and in a great location with entertainment and great food near by.

Not a big deal but the towels are poor quality and it took a while to get extra towels to the room for showering. Due to their level of business, I had to call a few times to get room service up.

Fantastic!!! Would have liked to have extended time at this hotel!!

I decided to stay at the Hilton as it was close to the Orange Convention Centre. I was in Orlando to attend a conference and to take my grandson to Disney and Universal. The room was wonderful- quiet, clean with comfortable beds. It was good having a refrigerator available in the room and a Walgreens within walking distance. The pool was lovely with my grandson enjoying the lazy river while I sipped a drink from the poolside bar. They had yummy non-alcoholic frozen drinks that my grandson enjoyed. I did not realise that I was supposed to check-out, and the team were absolutely wonderful. It was so very stressful as the Australian Dollar does not stretch that far against the USD, and they were excellent! If I would have had more money at hand, I would have stayed much longer.

It would have been nice if the slide at the pool was open as my grandson would have liked to use it. I didn't ask about breakfast options, so I'm not sure if there would have been anything that was reasonable, and I could not afford buffet prices.

In Summe war es ok bis gut, ich habe aber für 3 Tage ca. 1.000 Euro bezahlt, Preis/Leistung zu wenig

Das Hotel ist ok bis gut.

Der Poolbereich war (wie in den schlimmsten Pauschalurlaubs-Vorstellungen) ab früh morgens komplett voll mit reservierten (Handtücher!) Liegen. Es war wirklich um 9:00 Uhr keine freie Liege zu bekommen, wir sind 5 Personen, 3 kleine Kinder, wir hatten keine einzige freie Liege, aber es waren maximal 20% der Liegen mit Menschen besetzt, sonst nur die Poolhandtücher + Taschen zur Reservierung zu sehen. Katstrophe für so ein Resort und in meinen USA Erfahrungen, eine Rarität. Das Parken ist einfach sauteuer (Valet), das machen andere Resorts x Mal besser.

Hotel in atmosphere was great! But, service not so good would not recommend to family or friends

The property was clean

Are first day and a half was great we even purchased another stay from one of the reps for 5 day and 4 nights . But,after that not so good they never came and cleaned are room we had to go down and get toilet paper and towels. We had paid for the buffet in are package the hostess was so rude we had 1 waitresses that was great but staff at restaurant was awful I would not recommend eating there. Wishing now we didn’t purchase another stay with Hilton.

La ubicación el desayuno la piscina

No tienen cargadores usb la lámparas son muy antigua pero eso no es el tema si no gastadas ,en el baño no tienen asesorías como gorros para el cabello de las mujeres ni palitos de los oídos y un jabón duro para bañarse no me parece la relación de precio y calidad

We had a great time

What breakfast?? Loved that the elevators served different floors. Service at the pool was fantastic! Andrew made us feel like regulars.

Disappointed that the lazy river was under construction & not given a heads up. It was a big reason we chose the hotel.

Amazing till I got my truck back

The hotel was great everyone was super friendly

We used valet parking it was great but my truck had ants all over the side of the passages seat and back seat when we got it back I didn’t have this problem when I drop my truck off to valet parking. I have to spend over 140 dollars more because I need to get my car detail to get them out. This really bother me I have two youth children it was a horrible experience they got bit. I was planning to use this hotel again for my daughter’s cheer competitions, because everything was amazing if but I don’t know if I wanna go through that again. We use valet because it’s easier with 2 kids but even thought it’s extra I hope somebody can reach out to me about this or just figure out what happen

Was located well, great food and Bev facilities. Comfy rooms.

Wasn’t happy with the man at the front desk when my friend arrived and he refused to left she access the room before I had arrived. (This was 1am in the morning). He told her no pay for another room or leave. I had messaged the hotel before hand to let them know she was coming before me. When she arrived and got refused I called the hotel 5 times and nobody answered. So I had her take her phone to him and he still refused her entry it wasn’t until I told him I wanted to speak to his manager he let her in the room. I think this is very bad service and special when we were Traveling around the world to this hotel. If she couldn’t get ahold of me she may never of got I the room. She is also a Hilton VIP member.

Everything was there that we needed. Liked the lazy river and the water slide!

I didn't get a receipt for my stay there. I shouldn't have to be a special member to get a detailed receipt for my stay there! Either the hotel or Booking.com should email that to me automatically at the end of my stay.
