Very good

- the bedroom is spacious and comfortable - the staff was very friendly and helpful

- the breakfast was terrible (very few options and the quality was disappointing)

the room had missing items, no outlets between that required me to use my emergency extension cords to power chargers and no maid service, even though door hangers were there suggesting such service if needed.

Disappointing

The street directly In front of hotel was blocked off we weren't aware till we arrived. The elevator was tiny and a rough ride. After one shower the shower curtain smelled horrendous and finally it said beverages ie drink machines i assume were available on second floor but we never found them

Our stay at Hitel Albert G5

Hotel was nice, rooms were a good size and very nice beds, comfortable. I loved the duvets. Great Keurig coffee machine in room. Breakfast was continental style but lots of goodies. Again the coffee was excellent. The kids liked it too. Going out the front door, you were on a lovely walking promenade easily reaching many stores, boutiques and restaurants. Charming.

As the street off the front door to the hotel was closed off to all car traffic, it was very confusing trying to find how to get in to the hotel. You had to drive around the back, enter the parking, then find the back door which was way at the back of the parking lot. Parking area was big. Really the only inconvenience. The hotel should have sent a note to let us know so we didn't have to drive around in circles for awhile.

Aside the breakfast, excellent.

The room was very nice except maybe the shower head was over due for a CLR treatment; the water was coming out in several directions at once. The coffee maker in the breakfast room is excellent!

The breakfast. Last time (two years ago) there was bread and a commercial toaster, this time there wasn't. Last time there was a waffle maker, this time there wasn't. One of the reasons I came back and recommended the hotel to my son's curling team mates' parents was the breakfast. - There was only one flavour of yogurt. - My last day, there was no milk so the cereal wasn't put out. - Only two selections of cereal. - More unhealthy pastries than anything else worth eating. - It was nearly impossible to make a complete and healthy meal out of what was available.

Comfortable bed, good linens, friendly staff, great location, bonus points for the breakfast and EV charging station! Would definitely stay again.

Found the room a little dark, there was a buzzing noise coming from the hallway I could hear, the bathroom is fan really loud.

Okay, but next time we will go somewhere where we can eat toast.

The location was great. We could walk anywhere from the hotel. The hotel room was fine.

It was pretty noisy. The main thing we were disappointed with was the breakfast. We went out for breakfast because for us, breakfast without toast is not breakfast!

Very nice hotel, in a beautiful area.

I loved the cozy feeling of the hotel, and the location. Beautiful area to walk in along the water.

I did not like the incredibly small elevator.

Person at front desk had no personality. Couldn’t care less that we were checking in.

Very good

Updated rooms. Clean, comfortable, good customer service (spoke English and patient while I tried to speak French), convient location, parking included, offered a decent breakfast as well as food discount at pizza restaurant next door. Strong wifi connection.

Clean, nice bed with an acceptable mattress, a few restaurants and convenience stores at walking distance.

There was a buzz-like noise constantly that never went away. Also the heating was terribly noisy, it woke me up 4 times during the night. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and take a nap in my car.

Best hotel in town.

Very luxurious room, all newly renovated. It was warm, quiet and very comfortable overall.

The restaurant and gym were closed dur to the pandemic. The fan in the bathroom was rather old and noisy.
