It served it's purpose.

room was clean, having a laundry room in the hotel was convenient,. Breakfast was very good and served early which was helped for us.

Gutes roadtrip hotel

Kennen die Hotelkette auch aus anderen Orten. Können uns nicht beschweren. War alles in Ordnung. Landestypische Einrichtung, bisschen oldschool aber vollkommen ok. Top zur Durchreise.

Kühlschrank bisschen laut und allgemein hellhörig. Frühstück natürlich alles wegwerf-Geschirr aber auch das ist hier landestypisch. Für den ersten Hunger am Morgen ausreichend.

Nice room and good for a short stay.

Room and facilities were clean. Hot breakfast was well supplied. Good central location to everything.

Facilities need some updates in the hallways like the smelly carpet and warm AC. Housekeeping was minimal but understandable.

Good location in Fort Myers Beach

The location was excellent. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside by the pool.

The room was very small with limited storage. Very pricey for size and condition of the room.

Exceptional

Despite it's distance from the airport/beach, there is usable buses right next door for both of them. There are two diners next to it, and one Walmart, so the location was very convinient with no car. The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and big. The pool, breakfast and staff was also nice.

Not their fault, in hurricane season maybe the beach is unusable if it was just hit by one, this was our case. We stayed just one night while traveling through so the pool was just enough.

The room was clean and xomfortable

There was an incessantly barking dog. Called the front desk to complain and was told "I can't control an animal, ma'am". If it were human I am sure the hotel would not tolerate that kind of noise. There should be policies regarding noise that apply to both humans and animals. Laundry facilities were inoperable and unavailable. This is part of why I chose this hotel. Stepped in a huge hole in the parking lot and hurt my back.

Overall is was good.

I like the location, Walmart and Publix were both close by. Room was renovated. Thought it would be a bigger space.

Sliding door to pool was stucked Bathroom door got stuck also Pillows could be more comfy

Entire hotel was clean . There was someone walking around checking on a regular basis. We had great parking right by the side door. Front desk staff was helpful And friendly. Breakfast was good. We found out through a flyer in the room about a trolley to take us to the beach.. I asked about it at the front desk and was given the schedule. Instead of battling traffic and paying $20 to park we were able to take the trolley for under a dollar for 2 . Great location off the beaten path. Our room was very comfortable. We spent the afternoon in our room hanging out because it was so hot at the beach. Then we relaxed at the pool. All in all it was a good trip.

The bed was hard, the night staff was a little short with you. I ended up with a screw in my tire from the construction.

Average at best other Hampton inns have been much nicer

Breakfast was average at best. Had to change room keys. Was un aware of construction being performed. Construction workers right outside the pool area in the evening with drinking and playing loud music. Pool was dirty filled with towels
