I wouldn’t choose this place again.

The room was spacious

The location and lack of free parking. It was nice that the night person took $10.00 off cost of parking and the valet Michael was very helpful. The toilet didn’t seem to work well the water was off when we got in the room and a crack in it. The fridge didn’t work either and smelled horrible.

Personnel à l’accueil pas trop aimable Emplacement de l’hôtel un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville Nous avons insisté pour changer de chambre car problème de bruit de climatisation dans la chambre initiale Prix du parking excessif Petite astuce: ne prenez surtout pas le parking de l’hôtel, de nombreux parkings publics à 10$/jour, juste à côté de l’hôtel. Autre astuce: un bus gratuit fait la navette gare—>emplacement proche de l’hôtel, ça évite de prendre un taxi ou un Uber si besoin

Won’t go back

The room was clean feeling and nice

There was nothing in the details when I booked that you had to do valet parking ($45 per night ) or else risk your life at midnight paying the parking lot machine in the adjacent parking lot because you can only pay to park until midnight. Then a new day starts or you might get towed . As a woman by myself at night this is rediculous and unsafe

Fair standards but for plastic forks

It’s a good place with comfortable bed and fine location. Almost everything is up to a fair standard. Rooms are relatively spacious and clean.

What I didn’t enjoy were plastic cutlery and paper plates at the breakfast. This is weird and I don’t like eating from fast-food dishes but I’ve seen this in other North American hotels. The immediate surroundings are sad: some sort of parking lots and construction sites. But it’s not on the hotel and as city renovation ends, it will be super nice around there.

The hotel is extremely clean. Very pleased with the staff. Breakfast good. Loved that hot tea and coffee were always available.

There should be light service in the rooms daily. Mostly to empty garbage and change out towels.

It’s a great location for a one-night stay, despite lacking some amenities.

It’s super close to the Paramount Theater. We were able to valet the car and walk to the venue for our evening entertainment. The valet guys were professional and friendly. Clean and comfy room.

The listing advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we learned the hot tub had been tiled over and instead, our only option was a “heated” pool that was absolutely freezing. Also, the breakfast was pretty meh.

Nice rooms, clean. Satisfied.

Gwen was excellent. Her customer service is outstanding. There was a mix up on the charges and she without hesitation fixed the issue. She has recommendations on how to get where we needed to go. Was friendly and helpful.

Elevators broken. Only one worked. Usually a line to get upstairs. One thing to note is no bars or restaurants around location. Not hotels fault but that was one of the only things we we didn’t like.

Hôtel très confortable, et vraiment bien situé. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipée, rien à dire. Je n'ai malheureusement pas profité de la piscine ni du Fitness Room. J'ai pu rejoindre plutôt facilement l'aéroport en transport en commun

Seul le petit-déjeuner est décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Nice room and space for price

Front desk people after check in was inattentive . Completely ignored myself and others while waiting for service . Valet was super nice once we found him . Breakfast area was a mess - noobs around cleaning up . I was very angry when the cleaning lady was pounding on my door and scared my kids at 8 am check out day . Check out was until 11 or 12 ! Then comes back again knocking then while I was downstairs and my kids were in the room she just walked in my son ! No apology just walked back out after seeing him .

Clean environment and good quality

The facility is of good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The control of the air conditioner in the first room was not working. Hence, we couldn't turn off the air conditioner, which was quite loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Fortunately, the staff immediately helped us change the room where the control was working, and we could sleep easily. Another issue is that there is only an option with valet parking and the guests cannot park their cars themselves.

Worked in a pinch, but overpriced for what we got.

I liked the proximity of all the places we wanted to go.

Left before the first night was over out of seven night stay

Black Mold in toilet. Slimmy feeling bathtub! Other people trash still in the room.

I would stay there again. It felt a bit run down but the bed was super comfy and the room was large.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent and I like how they always have coffee/tea/water and apples available.

I don’t like valet parking and that was my only choice.
