l liked the open feel of the lobby, and glass elevators. Nice tv in room. nice sheets and pillows.
Limited closet space. no mini fridge for my beverages. the one I had them send up had a high pitch squeal and kept me up all night. Upon checking in I had to call front desk because the sink was clogged from previous guest? the sink hardware knob came off in my hand. not enough towels in the room. only one suitcase stand. furniture in room was obscured by large lamp that was too heavy to use, thus chair couldn't be used.

The location to CSU for graduation was perfect.
The parking lot was monitored for permitted cars. I appreciated the lack of worry in finding parking all weekend.
The bed was comfy.
Starbucks.
The broken elevator during what I'm sure is a busy time for you. My husband, on arrival, had to wait 40 minutes with luggage to reach the 5th floor. I heard whispers that it had been broken for months.
The price. I really don't appreciate the way any of the hotels in FoCo jack prices up for CSU events. It's greedy but tuition weary parents will continue to pay it I'm sure.
Breakfast. Mediocre at best but presented well.

Room was a nice size
Feather pillows after telling them I'm highly allergic & after laying down my eyes started burning , hard to breath realizing I was on feather pillows had to walk down due to no one would answer. Took them 35 min to bring me two paper thin pillows. If I would been so tired that I passed out I could have died. It swells my lungs
Asked for a manager to call its day 4 no call!

I booked the Hilton and when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us. They sent us to a Hampton inn which was a far inferior hotel

Very nice hotel and location
They were having a convention there and there were cash bar late at night and people were very drunk screaming throughout the hotel at 10:00 12:00 etc.
Lots of noise from sirens.

Staff & breakfast. An most of all I could walk to the stadium for my son's football game!
Alot of bugs were in my room so I had to change because my son was uncomfortable. My daughter went an spent the night with her sister. And the hot tub didn't work! That's a big part of vacation for me! I have a hot tube at hot for my back injury. So when I travel out of town I need a working hot tube.

No free breakfast. No place to cool drink or snacks

The service was bad management was absent employees where not helpful & refusing assistance! when I asked, "Direct to my face, I wander was it intended from the TOP
Yor staff "Rodney" should not be in front desk, finance dedicated 704 Dollar after the ful payment on the 2nd day for 3days stay only!, I don't enjoy the hospitality theo I am an HIG member, A word of advice I would think twice before joining "HIG" nor booking in any of there "hilton" in any locations especially in the United States of America

Great location near CSU
Good services
Elevators broke and they don’t provide refrigerators. It was 100 degrees this week so hard to keep travel food cool.

Only one elevator working for the entire hotel, half of it seemed to be under construction, no ice machines on any floors. Just doesn’t not add up tot the $250/night. Would def stay somewhere else next time.

very loud; many repairs required on the property

We did not have breakfast. We were told breakfast was served until 11am, but it actually stopped at 9am.
The location was great! Close to Colorado State where I was helping to move my son into his dorm.
Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels.
One of the 2 elevators was not working, so there was a bit of a wait going to and from our room on the 5th floor.

The room was clean and comfortable
We did not like that we had to pay for parking when we were guests already paying for the room. Also, there was no mini fridge in the room

The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was perfect for my purposes.

Not much, the matress was ok
I've stayed in many hotels of all quality levels. This was the first I've ever stayed in that did not have a fridge. There was no hotel guide or anything, not even a Bible( not that it's something I'd care for, but it's pretty standard). The facilities were decent, the hot water could have been significantly hotter, the walls and floors were paper thin and I could hear everything around me at all times. Parking was $15 a day in a middle of no where town, and not even a continental breakfast was included for the heavier price tag. I will never stay here again. On top of that, after I got my final bill, they charged me for a bottle of water that I didn't drink!

The view was fabulous and it was close to the college campus.

Noise from singing convention late at night on Saturday, not acceptable..

Decent location, fair price. Ample parking.
Well the fire alarm went off on a Saturday morning at 6, which wasn't ideal. Then there were some very loud kids running around and screaming in the common area at 7. They were right by the front desk, but the staff didn't seem to be worried that they might be disturbing the other guests. I called down and asked them to quiet them down, but didn't notice a difference. Not a restful stay.

The staff were really friendly, and the restaurant was exactly what was needed for tired travelers. The room was clean and comfortable.
The location is somewhat in the middle of no where. On a map, it looks to be walking distance to university buildings, but you need a car for anything, including to go out for food. The hotel was experiencing a major flood when we were there so it was difficult to get a fair impression of the facilities, many of which were closed, but I got the impression the public spaces may have been a bit in need of a good clean.

Typical of what you would expect, bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and muffins. All of which were sent out for quite a while. Not hot, not fresh.
The staff at the front desk, seemed poorly trained. They were even sure how to program a room card key. I had to go back twice. Wants to get it the elevator to work, the second time to get the breakfast room on the nice floor to work.

Comfortable bed, spacious room
No pool available
