The highlight of this property is the pool and hot tub.
But the place is old and worn amd shows it's age. The hot water doesn't adjust properly, and things just seem aged.
Breakfast was a sad disappointment without much available and a person who insisted on pouring out and handing out portions in a buffet environment.

We did not make it to breakfast. There is a huge parking lot which was needed as we had a truck and car hauler. Staff was OK. Limited language barrier as our name was misunderstood.
We were looking forward to the whirlpool but it had just 2 jets that ran very slowly and nothing to kick up bubbles. Very hot
Paint and removal of carpets

The muffin was good and it was convenient to have a light breakfast.
My sandals stuck to the bathroom floor. The room smelled. The door didn’t seem to lock properly.

You only had a muffin coffee and a apple
Everything it was just horrific.

Was a good stay and had the pool off the rooms which was amazing!!
Should have been more offered for breakfast, the facility could use a general update and good cleaning.

Beds were comfortable but couldn't sleep under blankets because of cleanliness
After complaining the hot tub was too cold 6 hours later it was burning our skin
When first arriving and entering what they called an office we had noticed the state of the building as it was run down and dirty so i asked if i could cancel and he replied that i could as he getss paid anyways so he didnt care what i did..so first impresion not great and continued from there but because there was many tournaments going on there was not any rooms available any where else or I was willing to forfeit my money. Thats how bad it was
Staff was rude and not welcoming
Pool roof was leaking and leaking around light fixtures alot making the floors wet and slippery..no signs anywhere..when we told staff they replied with that they know and it's because the snow was melting yet the roof was leaking the following day and it was =30..no hand rail leading into pool..pool area was not maintained at all as the pool water was pooling in-between the pool and hot tub making it very dangerous to walk through..it was so dark in the pool area but makes sense now as the water was leaking onto the light fixtures so probably couldnt turn them on anyways..hallway roof was leaking as well..breakfast had slim choices and again the staff was not very welcoming at all..no communication ..breakfast times were from 7am to 9am..not a huge window.. room sizes were very small..outside our door leading to the pool r hallway was vibrating so bad u couldn't stand there for long..rooms were very hot..the air conditioning was so loud either u listened to that or you sweat to death..the bathroom door vibrated as well ..

Cleaning staff apparently do not know how to clean corners . We slept 6 hours and we were gone . You only get what you pay for . Should have booked in Regina . Mattress was sub-stanard
