My overnight stay at the Hampton hotel was excellent.

I stayed overnight at the hotel primarily to sleep, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was also excellent. We had to wait for a bus to Orlando after checking in, and the hotel kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby. I will definitely choose Hampton again for my future travels.

The only issue I encountered was difficulty opening the door, but the front desk promptly assisted us. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

Dirty bathroom!

Wonderful, hearty breakfast!

There was hair on the bathroom floor and mold in the shower caulking. That is never acceptable, especially for $250 a night!

The staff were nice and helpful, not super clean, definitely older, & the bed was as hard as a rock.

The breakfast was nice, typical hotel breakfast but there were a lot of choices and most were tasty.

The bed was super uncomfortable and I did not sleep well. If you like hard beds, this is the place for you.

Front desk staff were very kind, breakfast was excellent, clean pool, great deal for the price. Very happy, keep up the good work

One of the house keeping ladies was rude, but the stay was so good I just let it pass Smart tv would be nice, but we'll, no big deal

Overall good stay, but property needs maintenance

Location & reasonably quiet

The in room fridge didnt work well & had to throw out some food. Also had a bad smell. The AC didnt work well either & nights were a little warm. Room smelled like a lysol bomb went off… kept sneezing. Despite having late check out, the house keeping was knocking in the door from 08:15 in the morning trying to get us out. Knocked on door a couple of times…

The staff are wonderful I hope you redo the carpets soon!

The breakfast was pretty good most mornings good variety. The pool was lovely could have used a good clean on the surface. Our room was a bit dated and had a funky smell and the carpets were not nice to walk on. The staff were always wonderful and very pleasant!

The room had a funky smell that made returning to the room a turn off. The carpets were terrible.

I loved the convenience of the location, right off of Interstate 95.

The breakfast was on par for typical hotel breakfasts. Nothing fancy or above the usual fair.

My biggest complaint would be the odor of the bedroom. It had a funky smell, most probably due to the carpet. I have found that hotels that have gone more to LVT in their bedrooms have a far better smell to them. I wish all hotels would do this as so many people have allergies and carpet is one of the worst culprits!

The Hotel was a good place to rest and relax for a get away.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room the building; the breakfast was excellent

I was not aware that you had to request room cleaning and towels due to the Covid 19 Virus. The staff was a bit abrupt when asking for extra towels and was told that room cleaning was upon request when registering.

Good property, no beer / wine for sale on property. Floors 1+2 are pet friendly with a smell

No beer for sale. First room given was unacceptable. Room 105 was good.

Amenities were great! Pool and gym were very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was phenomenal, specifically Melissa who was a great professional. I had a couple of problems during my stay and she and the rest of the staff were on top of it to make sure that the problems were fixed and I had a better stay.

I had a slight problem with cleanliness during my stay but the staff was on top of it with making sure the problems were addressed ASAP.

Location is far from tourist attraction

More choices like cheese , ham, salami, and croissants

Guest putting used towels and garbage outside the door so housekeeping personnel can pick it

close to the airport ( 20 min away ) and the beach was few miles away too
