I would never book with them again! I was extremely disappointed for the price I paid

The front desk staff was extremely rude, the breakfast was horrible/cold/old…I had to ask for a hair dryer and it ok that they said they did not have. The pool was green. When you first walk in it was extremely hot…the room smelled bad and had lots of tiny bugs (ants)

Location and employees.

Hotel needs a major upgrade in everything. Rooms need to get major renovations. Get rid of the carpet floors and replace them with wooden floors that are more suitable for high traffic areas.

TERRIBLE

did not stay there had to find another hotel at the last minute because THEY DID NOT ACCEPT PETS. even though they said on web site they did. THEY AIR CONDITION WAS OUT. i waited at the desk to get a invoice to say they cancelled me because I had a pet so I went around for an hour looking for a room that would except a pet I will never do that again.

i did not like anything about that place guy at desk was rude.

Don"t advertise something if you can"t hold up on the deliery.

What we like about the hotel it was close to my son home. They said ,we was going to get a refund, but have not seen it yet. I have to say they have two employees doing their best to help us.

The rooms i booked was not available.I booked the rooms on 03/13/2022, my arrival date was 04/15/2022. They gave us smaller rooms,also the water was off about 3 hours. the hotel needs an upgrade .

I was not happy with the facility.

This was the worst Hampton Inn that I have stayed. The floors were dirty. In the bathroom, we found a fingernail. So someone did not sweep the bathroom. The furniture was all scarred up. The blinds did not work. The windows need cleaning. I was not happy.

it’s old, run down and needs updated a smell of must is in the air and the elevator sounds like it’s going to murder you when it stops on the third floor. The breakfast dull and unimaginative. They ran out of juices at 7 am on a Saturday.

It was very Pleasant

I wish the breakfast had a better variety but it was good otherwise..

The Only thing I did not like was the elevator to the 3rd floor.. It always made a loud scary sound as if it's gonna drop before the door open to let you out..

Stay away!

The bed was alright.

Pool was cloudy & green, front desk was completely unfriendly and unconcerned, ice machine had mold. Room was humid but we couldn't turn air on because somehow the room temperature was set at 57 (which it was not) and the thermostat would only go to 62. Room bathroom had mold on door frame and ceiling above shower. I am allergic to mold. My friend and I were both too uncomfortable to even take a shower in the morning. The breakfast was a joke and area unclean. Overall one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.

The young lady and man at the front desk was very kind and friendly.the beds were very comfortable, even though we went a bought a cover to lay on.

The room did not look like the pics, the ceiling look like it had mold from the rain. The carpet was wet next to the air conditioner. They had a lil trash behind the night stand. Forgot to take photos.

Location

I was moved to three different room due to no fault of my own. The room was not what it reserved. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds . I was placed in a room with a King bed and a very uncomfortable pull out bed. I also booked here for the pool. My kids were not able to swim due to the condition of the pool.

Comfy Bed

Very comfy and clean especially after just escaping a very poor hotel from night before.

After discovering there was no tray for our coffee maker, I went to call the front desk to tell them and discovered our phone did not work. Had to go back down to the desk to get the tray and tell them phone did not work. He did not seem too concerned, just to say he’d make a note so it was fixed for the next person. Well, It kind of mattered to me as I have breathing problems and I just unnecessarily had to walk back to elevator and back to desk. Plus I had others staying in the hotel. And what if I had an emergency?

I did not like nothing it smelled bad I sprayed a can of air freshener and lysol disinfectant spray carpet needs to be taking up needs updated and upgraded its still In 2012
