I love the location, breakfast and the happy hour. The place was very busy and the staff was friendly.
I do not like the entrance way.
4.1
Great location and beautiful hotel
Elevator are also an issue and the bartender was very rude and unprofessional.
4.1
Great property, super close walking distance to Monument circle. Area and hotel felt safe and secure. Loved the breakfast options and complementary drinks during the evening reception/social hour. Wonderful staff at check-in and dining. Room was comfortable and spacious. Fast elevators.
$44 daily parking fee, although they do provide in/out privileges. Garage was tricky to find at first and parking spaces were odd. Shower was low on shampoo and conditioner. Hot tub jets don’t work. The handle on the bedroom barn door separating the living area from the suite fell off whenever we opened and closed it from the inside.
4.1
The hotel room was very spacious and roomy.
I liked snack and drink time. Hot tub was nice.
I was very disappointed and am still upset I left my high dollar trench coat/jackat and called right away, and of course no trace and also turned into that website I lost my stuff. This tells me a cleaning person or employee must have stolen it. It doesn’t just disappear like that, for this reason I won’t be back. We also went to use the sofa bed and it was down right nasty with all kinds of hair and food wrapped up in sheet and mattress. We just closed it back up.

We enjoyed the breakfast, happy hour and the room was very nice.
There were a lot of kids in the pool and hot tub.
4.1
pool area, breakfast, pillows, king bed, tv, mini fridge
elevator broken, dirty bathroom, expensive parking even for area, terrible coffee, pull out sofa had terrible mattress, had to ask for towels 2nd day, room was expensive for time of year and what it looked like, had no idea where and when to get the dinner reception drinks so we didn't use those coupons.
4.1
Comfy beds and spacious rooms
Pool wasn't open at listed times. Breakfast was served later than listed.

Staff was friendly. Location was fantastic. Bed was comfortable
4 elevators in the building, and they were 2 that were broken. Unacceptable. Not easily accessible to get into the hotel, multiple stairs from street level and then an escalator up to the lobby.

Construction is going on

Staff was exceptional. Very accommodating, friendly, gay in responding. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Noise. It practically doesn't have sound isolation. While night long we could hear cars raising on the street, police sirens, drink people screaming outside. Inside there was noise too and people next door were loud and walls do not shield you from all that noise.

Parking, construction, pool closed

Middle of downtown, lots of nearby walk to options.
Breakfast staff and free breakfast were excellent.
The entire front lobby was under construction and has apparently been in that state for well over a year. It is very awkward entering the building through a parking garage style staircase.
Front desk Staff were very unresponsive to anything.
Homeless panhandlers everywhere just outside entrance.

Nothing - terrible experience
Hotel entrance and parking very hard to find, ongoing construction work in the hotel, very unfriendly receptionist, really dark en old fashioned rooms, the floor was extremely dirty (our shoes sticked to the floor), we asked rooms next to eachother which we didn't get, kids woke up during the night of neighbours screaming and fighting, we wanted to use the sofa bed but the mattress was so dirty that we decided not to use is. Wifi was not working properly (our company pc's indicated it was an unsafe netwerk in the room). We stayed in this hotel 20 yrs ago and at that time it was a great hotel but it lost all of its charm ...

Very beautiful. Good views. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Free cocktails in the afternoon was cool.
Currently under construction which I knew about during booking, would love to stay there when it’s not under construction. They need petter signage for the parking garbage entrance passed it twice trying to find it.

Clean friendly staff
Good ambiance
Love the free drinks and snacks and breakfast
Beds not very comfy
Pull out was not suitable for an adult

Kia and Jose were the best as well as Will the Bartender.
They were doing construction around the hotel so it was rather difficult to find the entrance at first.

Very clean and fun place

The breakfast was amazing. Staff were amazing. They always had a smile. My kids all have special needs and had a lot of melt downs and take off they were very understanding. They let them continue to go up and down the escalators to help with their melt downs. No questions asked.

Everything was superb. I’ve never been to a hotel that texted me several times during my week’s stay just to check if I needed anything. If my room was ok. I couldn’t believe it. Exceptional!
Not a big deal, but on check out day, house keeping came quite early. It was the one day I got to sleep late, but that’s not a negative. They were just doing their job.

The breakfast was good. Had more food than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for the family activities that we had plan. I felt safe walking around town, including when walking thru the parking garage. My grandkids had a blast in the pool. The hotel room we had was a good size and comfortable traveling with my 2 pre teen grand children. I was able to get a good sleep while they were up most of the night..
The room could use a little maintenance. The bathroom door would not stay shut. The water for the pool and hot tub was cold. The kids had a blast however the pool was too cold for me to get into in the hot tub was not hot enough.

I loved how many options you have available, at the hotel itself.

Staff was excellent. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Facility was clean. The hotel location is excellent with many amenities and activities within walking distance. We felt safe in downtown indianapolis.
The pull out couch was too uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a lot of construction around the hotel making it difficult even to find the entrance. The room was advertised as having a City View and while that's technically true the view was not good at all. The staff did move us to a different room because of the poor quality of one of the beds and the view in our second room was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was good and I liked the make to order bar they had set up.
I liked that the location of the hotel was connected to the convention center.
I didn’t like the hidden fees and price increases. The man who checked us in seemed very confused. He started to charge us double, but that was quickly resolved. I am a Hilton’s reward member, but did not receive our welcome gifts. We were also never given our tickets for happy hour. We arrived late and were very tired. I didn’t notice my bank account until morning. We were overcharged $287. I quickly went to desk services to resolve the issue. I was told that they charge $75 per room per night for incidentals. I am on a very tight budget and was not aware that almost $300 of my money was not going to be available to me. In addition to this, they raised the parking fees from $28 per night to $44 per night. While I understand that increases are sometimes necessary. Not only were they not communicated to me, but I was given false information after my booking. Because, I am on a tight budget, I contacted the hotel to inquire about parking fees. I was told on April 10th that they were $28 dollars per night so that is what I budgeted for. When talking to guest services about the over charge, I learned that that they raised the parking fees from $28 per night to $44 per nights just a few days before my arrival. I asked to pay the original $28 I was quoted since the increase didn’t go into effect until after my booking. They refused to accommodate this. My stay was negatively effected my all these extra fees. I barely had money for food and gas to get home. I didn’t even to get to do any shopping while I was there which was the whole reason for my trip. I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times over the ladt 15 years. I will be looking for other accommodations next time I travel.

I enjoyed being able to relax away from home. Hotel was busy however, I was able to enjoy breakfast as well as the reception. Comfortable beds and spacious room. The park structure had a ton of space although it was packed
Have quick access to the pool. The front desk person was like a gatekeeper of the pool on Saturday night. My husband and I waited for a few minute to get into the pool, however, we were tired of waiting after a few minutes and did not get a chance to get into the pool

The bar area and the facilities as a whole was beautiful. They also executed my special request for set up of the room.
No pool or jacuzzi, it was advertised on the website, but there is no longer an amenity at the location. I was a little disappointed that it was advertised, but wasn't available.
4.1
The staff was friendly and room was clean.
There is no front entrance. Later in the evening the only way to hotel is walking up car park ramp dodging cars. Then lobby is on 2nd floor and the up escalator was not working all weekend. I have a sore knee which made this extra important. So it was climb stairs or wait 20 minutes on a single elevator where there were people always lined up to use. Finally when leaving only one elevator worked in parking garage so that was another 20 minute wait to get to me car. Honestly for $400 a night my experience with hotel was way below par.

The staff was very nice and breakfast was amazing.
Lot of construction
