Convenient location for NASA and comfortable stay

Convenient location when visiting NASA. Good breakfast.

The hotel is couple of decades old. There is nothing wrong with that. As long as you don't compare it with anything new it is fine.

I was very unhappy and uncomfortable, the only upside was the location of the hotel.

The property was in a good location for where our event was at.

I didn’t like that the bed was way too small for me and my husband, we had a very restless night and the shower was not working properly, the knob would not pull upwards at all so the shower can start. This hotel had been the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

Good stay but need to pay attention in how to clean the room.

Room cleaning, because every day the bed was not properly cleaned. The person who did it not pay attention to details and how to clean and dress the bed.

A mixed experience. One desk staff member was very nice, restaurant staff bordering on rude

Staff at desk helpful, especially lady who gave us free breakfasts because the hotel was charging us incorrectly (by a high margin). Their booking and accounting systems need serious corrections. There were two serious overcharging instances. Also, the "balcony" room we paid extra for consisted of a triangle outside the window access to which was locked permanently (screwed shut).

It would have been "better" not to be overcharged for rooms. It would have been even better not to have been charged $81 dollars for final day breakfast! We had spent a considerable amount of money on food over the 4 nights and only spotted the overcharging when we had left. It was rectified. We had also asked for a bad smell at the room entrance to be looked into, no result.

Great place to stay.

Hilton is an excellent hotel chain and this property lives up to expectations. Staff was wonderful and helpful. I forgot my water bottle when I checked out and when I came back they let me in the room to get it. Room had a good view even if it was on the inward facing part of the hotel. Elevators were fast and worked great. Loved the ease of finding things and that they gave us some recommendations for places to eat and things to go in the area.

Hilton is a great hotel, but they always find a way to charge for everything. Upcharging the WiFi and no free breakfast are just a couple of examples. The other thing I didn’t like about this property was the lighting in the sink area. It’s so dimm it makes shaving hard to do.

Dramatisch en ben vertrokken naar een ander hotel. Management gaf me groot gelijk na te zijn meegelopen naar de kamer.

De kamer stonk, werd wakker met hoofdpijn, de douche werkte niet en de lakens hadden vlekken erin.

Just okay.

I loved seeing the lake outside my window. Even though it is a $20 per night upgrade to have a lake view. I found the view relaxing. Staff was all super great and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were a 10/10. There’s a restaurant in the hotel which is convenient. They are a pet friendly hotel which I thought was fantastic even though I didn’t have a pet with me. I loved seeing everyone’s pets all around.

The room wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. The air vent dripped so there was a spot on the carpet that was constantly wet. That was gross. The furniture was old and outdated and kind of falling apart. The dresser had pieces haphazardly screwed together after breaking previously and the drawers wouldn’t open. There was a small hole in the wall that was covered by the chair in my room. I found it by moving the chair closer to the window to look outside. It creeped me out so I moved the chair back. My balcony door also constantly stuck. Maybe I’m a weakling but I had to fight it open and closed on several occasions.

For the quick stay we had, it was nice.

The view for the room was really nice and the location. It was a really nice hotel.

The parking could be better, someone dinged my door and didn't even apologize. The shower head to our shower was loose and broken, the water was coming out everywhere. The vent wasn't working so it would get really hot in the shower. Other than that, everything was okay, the staff were very friendly.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The pool was not clean at all.

The rooms were too small for the high price amount that we paid. The bathroom was too small. The water in the shower was broken. The carpet in the room had many stains on it and it was very dirty. There wasn’t even a microwave in the room nor a ice freezer.

Poor experience. Never staying in a Hilton again.

The location was close to where we had plans to go, and the two people we spoke with were nice.

Bathtub Knob to turn water on/off was broken. There was droplets of water leaking from the room above thru the ceiling into our bathtub. Our room was never cleaned. We didn't stay the full 2 nights due to a family emergency and checked out at 7pm as a result, but we were still charged to full 2 nights. We were charged an extra $40+ for the same room we reserved but with a better view, just so we could check in early and with everything considered we were not waived any fees for the experience. The hotel was outdated, and was underwhelming for the rate they charged.

Excellent stay wish we would have stayed longer than one day to get a fuller experience

Desk staff handled disgruntled guest with ease and didn’t let it change their mood for greeting other guests. I was treated with cheerfulness as they simultaneously dealt with the rude guest.

We didn’t get complimentary breakfast, we didn’t get a good room, the shower head was disgusting.

Nothing. I guess if I could pick something it would be the beds were comfortable.

Staff was rude, wouldn’t look you in the eyes, except for the lady that helped us on our last day. One lady just pointed and didn’t even bother to look at us. They looked annoyed half the time. It was uncomfortable. The furniture was broken and looked old. Honestly it should have been cheaper, I expected better for a Hilton hotel.

that our beds were full beds. we had 2 kids so we needed to have 2 beds in our room but they were a full size and a bit uncomfortable due to the size. I wish we had queen size beds at least.

It was a pleasure to stay at Clear Lake HILTON. VIEW GREAT, LOCATION GREAT. However, my thermostat was broken my room was freezing temperature all night. Everyone on staff was helpful in the situation the next morning when I REPORTED it the next morning. Thanks!

No hot water to shower. Appears they’d known there was an issue the evening before and didn’t let guests know. Freezing cold water is not a fun morning. Sink in bathroom was cracked.
