The location was great! The first impression of the building was rustic but welcoming with great lines! Front desk was friendly
I know we booked last min, however the room was not very clean and the smell of pinesol or Mr clean was so strong and very over powering! Beds were so so, but comfort was lacking because of the plastic mattresses sheets stained and hand towels not clean but asked for clean ones and we were given them.
The bar tender was not very helpful after our order arrived and the beer was not a Pilsner and seemed a bit frustrated with us

The location was good and they have beer. Other than that this place sucked.
It’s old and nasty, there’s no AC, the older guy that hates his life that runs the front desk is a jerk, lots of stairs, 20 somethings partying until 2 am. Cross country trip with over 20 hotels and this was by far the worst one. Parking also really sucks.

It was warm and in a great location.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the shower floor was just concrete.

The pods are well designed. With lights at the head and entrance of the pods. Plug ins near an area which is lockable with a slot to pass cords through. Two hangers inside as well. Also included was a small fan which was great.
A towel bar inside the pod would be a good add. The music gets loud on the weekends, in my case Saturday night, at the bar inside this hostel.

Location for cost was great. Also the view on a clear day was amazing, not from the room but from outside the room.
Staff seemed to be bothered by being asked questions. Not very hospitable as a first impression.

great location. very friendly and helpful staff
the residents were a little noisy after lights out. but this is to be expected in a hostel.

I liked the spacious common areas, I liked the private full bathroom in our family room, I liked the covered patio lounge, I liked the location
I didn't like the long staircase up to my room, I didn't like the loud drunks outside my room halfway through the night. There wasn't anything else I didn't like

I came with my son. We had a private room. It was clean, near everything you need (food etc.). The staff and the owners were extremely knowledgeable about the area and very kind. I have stayed at countless hostels but this would be counted as one of the best I have ever stayed at!

The family room was great with the bunk beds and private bathroom. Plenty of storage and comfortable beds.
The basement had lots of space to play games, cook, eat, and relax. There were books, puzzles, and games to borrow (free of charge).
There could have been more towels in the bathroom, and maybe a hair dryer.
5.0
It's a very basic room that has everything you need, and the staff were wonderful
